I agree with emvee on the pairing between Pansy and Neville. That was the first pair that entered my mind. Fortunately she was able to help me figure out why. I liked how Pansy and Ginny actually talked a little and laughed. Good job so far. The only thing that I caught was somehow "tell" ended up being "ell" sometimes. Might want to look that over. Keep it up.

personally, I think there's nothing wrong with Ginny not being surprised. anyway. I love your descriptions, especially the one of Ginny in the previous chapter. unfortunately, I am not a big fan of plain braids, because it puts me in mind of bucked-tooth country uglies.

i am so glad you decided to keep Draco in character. in fact all the Slytherins seem true to form. heres my suggestion for the Pansy pairing (now don't gag till you hear me out!) Neville. here's why: hes use to living with strong women (ie grandma). Pansy can appreciate a gentleman and would want someone to treat her as such. Neville has an inner bravery that doesnt surface very often (see GoF, he did secure a date to the Yule ball way before Ron and Harry did), so he certinly wont be afraid of Pansy and that would appeal to her. and finally he's pureblood which is inportant to Pansy. Thanks for hearing me out. Looking forward to the update.

Heh. Nice story you've got going, although I am waiting for a little more D/G interaction. And it might be me, but it does seem a bit odd for Ginny to not be slightly shocked or surprised by Blaise's admission to liking Hermione. I am curious how they emptied the common room of two hundred Slytherins as well. Haha. Other than those little things, I've enjoyed it so far.
Author's Response: Thanks for the review - yes, D/G is coming soon, but one must remember the rift between the Weasleys and the Malfoys. As for the Blaise liking Hermione thing, he said himself that "'like' is a strong word." He's merely attracted to her at this point in time. And emptying the common room...umm...magic? It's all a blur, it happened so fast!!! :P jk...Pansy is a prefect, and DM is head boy, and all of the Slytherins listen to them.
