Overall, I liked the story. I would have liked to see something more done with the connectiion that Ginny and Draco share with their magic. I noticed a lot of spelling or word choice mistakes that kind of distracted from the story.

Thanks for the good read, really enjoyed seeing Neville from a different perspective.

The characterization was fantastic and accurate! (It was so accurate I can't believe that this fiction was written in 2004... The HP series wasn't even complete by then!!) The story wasn't predictable in the least and that's what makes it an interesting and addictive read. Thank you for writing this!

I cannot believe that I JUST NOW read this story, after following religiously(and each time thirsting for more) CIC.
I love this story! Yes! I do! Sorry for being so incoherent, it's just- WOW, that was soooo good! *giggles like mad*
I'm off to read the sequel! :D

A fantastic story. Every time I got a minute I would read this (even if I was at work-don't tell my boss). I loved the characterization of Draco and Ginny and their interaction. The suspense and romance it was all great. Even though I'm a 'fluffy' type of girl, I am always happy if it ends with them together;especially in each other's arms.

I loved it! It was amazing, and I think the ending was perfect. Kinda a bit early to be declaring everlasting love, given they've only really been together for what, a month or so? But yes, absolutely perfect, minus the teeny tiny gramatical errors, but who cares? IT WAS AMAZING!!

That was amazing! I love the "spark" they have together, and I wonder where you got that idea... it's brilliant! Wonderful job with the ever altering plot twists and growing tensions. All in all, you have written a great read that will remain one of my favorites!

For all your whinnying about your inability to write fluff and endings, I think you did an admirable job of both. This story was definitely interesting. It was strange because the feeling of it, the kind of stuff you dealt with was, kind of, what I've read a million times before. But then your way of pulling it off made it, without a doubt, original. And the unicorns was certainly an individual idea.

By the way, I loved Darien and Vincent. It's always hard to create believable, interesting original characters, and you did a wonderful job. I especially liked the way I could feel Darien's air how he came in a the tone of the room immediately darkened. You were consistent with that and it made him, with only half the reader’s conscious mind noticing, a much more frightening demeanor and made his twist less anticipated.

I’m interested to see your future stories. Keep writing, and good luck

Draco sure did anger me to the 9th dregree of hell. How could he use her papers how ... what an ass and yet I still love him in this story. :(

Author's Response: Exactly! He is still a bit on the treacherous side, in that he'll do whatever it takes to achieve his goal, especially when the temperamental little Ginny essentially delcares war on him/his goals when he really didn't do *that much* wrong. But, he kind of redeems himself, not in that he realizes that he was wrong, but that he realizes what he lost due to his treacherous ways... but then Ginny bent a little, and he bent a little, and voila! Happily ever after!

I really enjoyed this story.  Great characters, really exciting plot, beautifully written descriptions (I especially love the way you described the Manor in Bulgaria).  Neville as a dark wizard I wasn't so sure of, probably more because the name "Longbottom" sounds so very unscary, rather than because he seemed OOC.  I actually liked the motivation you gave him for being resentful and turning to the other side.  Great job, going off to read your other stuff now!

Author's Response: Thank you!  And you are absolutely right about Neville being OOC, because I love him like woah and know that he's Gryffindor to the core and would never become like that... But he's the only one that really fit the 'invisible' type that I needed for the story... I felt bad about abusing poor Neville this way, but it had to be done!

I know you said not to but..... WHERES THA SEQUAL??

Author's Response: Check out my Author's page, and there you'll find it... It's called The Balin Connection. I caved under the pressure and a lingering attachment to the characters/backstory.

I liked it pretty much - good pace and a developed story! (some typing mistakes - but never mind) But haven't you said : Note the second: There will not be a sequel to this story. Sorry if you were hoping. Hey and now I see: the is a sequel What made you write it?

Author's Response: Well, the most random answer you could possibly ever expect... I was actually watching a really bad episode of Charmed this summer, and it gave me a bit on an idea, and that idea lead to another one and another one, and eventually, I had a whole D/G fic plotted out in my head... but then it just seemed to fit with my Ginny and Draco from VI, so I created a sequel!  I think I just became attached to this 'universe' and didn't want to let them go.

Wow. Just,... Wow. That was such a good story! The Plot line could have been a little more developed, but it all came together in the end. Congrats on such a long, and entertaining story. You really brought the characters to life for me.

Ah, I felt myself on the edge of tears so much during this! It's an excellent piece, and EVERYONE stayed in character without being stereotypical and two dimensional...gah, that always bothers me so much when people randomly burst out of character...anyways, great work! I'll be keeping an eye out for more of your stories and workings ^^
