You know, I really like this fic. It's subtle, but it grows on you. The characterizations of Draco and Ginny are extremely good-- lately, it seems very hard to find an actual IC Draco, and you've done a great job. The challenge is always to make him into a person that Ginny could be with, and the way most authors do it is by making him hopelessly OOC. But the only way to do it, really, is to do what you've done here-- to show canon!Draco choosing to take a path that leads him away from complete darkness (where JKR seems determined to send him, btw!) Keep up the good work. :)

Like I have said before- I really like the story. I like this idea of a pensive- it permits us a glampse into Draco's mind (or atleast how you see it) and more importantly its an effective plot device for Ginny to learn about Draco's past without resorting to Draco directly telling her (which is out of character on draco's part). I can't wait for the next chapter to see Draco's next lesson Good Job Shades

Well I am really enjoying this story. I like how they are both damaged and will end up relying on each other. I can't wait to see how this story progresses. Great Job

I know these are supposed to be somewhat short stories, but I'm a stickler for details. I want to know more of why Draco all of the sudden wanted to stop hating. To me it seems only 3/4 of the way explained. I do like the story and you have a great writing style. Keep it up!

This story concept is interesting. The first chapter is very well written especially with keeping both Draco and Ginny in character. I can't wait to see where it goes. Excellent start!
