I read about this story that it would make my heart break, I was in doubt. But it did, it really, really did. It's a wonderful story that I don't want to read ever again, because it dashes all hope. Brilliantly written. Thank you.

Very nice~ Your writing is articulate and heartfelt. This is a very good Draco characterization; one that I wish I read more often.

Wow. That was amazing. I was really drawn into it because at first, it was just the way you had done Draco's pov. Because it was just so perfect. The bitter twist to his thoughts, in which hatred would leak through. It was perfect. And even Ginny's pov was really good.
The fic though, it started out with so much potential, which just kind of died because of how they stand in life, and I think the way you wove that into canon and the way you slowly brought it to its sad ending was just brilliant. That was an incredibily realistic fic, and your emotions throughout the whole of it were spot on. A brilliant fic.

God that was beautiful. You captured the emotions and feelings perfectly. Man i don't think i've ever read a story so realistic. Not to mention so sad. Man you really gave me hope for those two at the beginning. But somehow the ending fit.

Author's Response: Thank you for the wonderful comments on my fic. I really like how you felt that there was hope for the two in the beginning but still thought the ending fit. It was the mood I wanted to set, because I always thought the two have so much potential...and I wanted to insert that potential and still make it fit into the canon world somehow. So thanks a bunch for your review! :)

Lovely, absolutely lovely! I've never heard a hair ribbon plot device before and it's very original. I loved it. I adored it. I only wish there was more so that I could adore even more it it.
Author's Response: Thank you for reviewing! :) I'm glad you thought it was original- somewhat of a hard feat since there are so many D/G fics these days. There could be another ribbon fic out there and I wouldn't know better. :p

it was amazing, i realy wish you would continue this and make it into a longer story, but this was an amazing job as a newbie too!

This is MARVELOUS!!!! It's really really sad, almost made me cry, but I think it's a realistic description of what the reality would be like if these two ever did have feelings for each other, which we sometimes when writing these choose to ignore! But it seriously is one of the best Draco/Ginny stories I've ever read! Do you think you'll ever do a spin-off of this, or just leave it as it is? Really good, good work!

I wanted to write them in a way that fits into the Canon world somehow, and I'm really glad you thought it was a realistic portrayal of their feelings. To hear that you thought it was one of the best D/G you've ever read is the best compliment. Thank you! As for whether I'll do a spin-off...it wasn't something I intended so I'll most likely leave it as it is. But you never know, I suppose. :)

This is a great first story! I thought it was well paced and a good length. I love how you've told the two POVs in one story but how there isn't a whole lot of overlap as you let the second speaker do most of the remembering.
Author's Response: Ah, I'm happy to hear that you liked the way the POVs were set up. I was worried that it may confuse a lot of people, especially when we don't learn of everything until almost the end of the fic. Thank you for reviewing. :)

Draco and Ginny in character. A bitter sweet ending but very appropriate for the storyline. A well written story.

A really brilliant fic, stayed true to Canon, let's just hope that all of that really happened in the book. It is, after all, Harry's book so we wouldn't know whether it happened or not. *crosses fingers* Here's to hoping. Wonderful fic! I really enjoyed it. I usually don't review, but I had to review this fic because it was truly brilliant, you are a gifted writer.
Author's Response: Thanks so much for reviewing, especially when you usually don't. I'm glad you thought it stayed true to Canon, as that was one of my aims. And you're right...it's Harry's book after all. For all we know, Ginny and Draco are shagging like bunnies. :D
