I really liked the way you presented the trial. It was both believable (to me, as I am also not John Grisham), and didn't detract from the story... fabby :)

i just wanted to point out one "virginia" that you missed when changing her name. it's in the third paragraph from the end. other than that, i love the story. you've done an excellent job building an interesting plot. so, now i'm off to read the rest!
