Brilliant. Ginny's need to externalize the responsibility for everything that's wrong in the world to someone else, the person she is closest to, is wholly believable. It gives her a false sense of control with relieves her and all those around her of any responsibility. And just because Draco is strong enough to take doesn't mean he will.
And I thought this line was most revealing, "She knows she needs him; he's the only one that can set her free." That says it all, doesn't it? She's the only one who can set herself free, and by breaking up with her, Draco has given her the opportunity to do so. Let's hope Ginny can dig deep and find the strength to do that.
