I bow to you. You have managed to astound me by your wonderful writing. And, please, take your time. I wish nothing more than to have another beautiful chapter as this one was. The heated arguement between Draco and Ginny was just too adorable and funny.
I just finished reading all your chapters. Luckily i came across your story. or i would have missed a brilliant fic.
Chapter 5 was really scary. i mean you werent kidding about it not being for the fragile minds. i had to take breaks after reading only few sentences. It was so..i dunt know the word to describe it. but i will tell you this i have read fair few of d/g fics contaning rape and they all disappointed me. Ginny first gets raped ands then she starts having sex with Draco because cause he is dead gorgeous and blah blah..i mean comeon..it lasts more than that. They have no idea how it feels when you are humilliated and abused and...i think im goin to stop there..i am sure i'm not even making sense.
Yours was different. You were able to capture everything just perfectly..Ginny's emotions her fear.. Draco's guilt everything just brilliant! I am completely tied up to your story!! Your whole story kept on the edge!! This is defenitely one of the best fics i have read...I am a huge fan.I love your work!!Graet job!! Hope you update soon!!

Dear Gods above where is the rest?!  I shall not threaten your life but I shall beg unconditionally and offer you my first born (he's 3 and asks endless questions) for more to read.  Brilliant characterization of Draco and Ginny and I think the introduction and statements of how Tom used Ginny were brilliantly done.  It was clear and a great way to describe what happened with being specific as well as being vague enough to let your reader fill in the more heinous details.  And dear Gods... I love your Snape.  He's fabulous and I so love Fetcher and Draco's relationship with his mother...

Okay - so there's nothing I don't like.  Please write more!  It's brilliant!

Author's Response:

Thank you for your enthusiasm.  Is that spelled correctly? Anywho, as tempting as the offer is, you can keep your three-year-old.  Been there, done that, twice, ain't going back.  I had a great time with Draco and Ginny in Chapter 9.  I thought it was best to let them get it all out of their systems so that we can move on to the more important stuff.

Snogging!

Severus is a pure pleasure to write.  He and I think alike, both of us being teachers.  I feel as if I am channeling our dear Potions Master at times.

The really hard part has been keeping Draco snarky while allowing him to express his feelings for Ginny.  Let me know if he gets too soft.  I will pour some more starch into his pants.

Oh my god.  That is terrible.  I mean the whole chapter was good, but what Crabbe and Goyle are hinting at getting Draco is terrible.

Excellent chapter.  I wonder if Ginny's rapist is anyone we know?  Hmm, guess we will find out.  Anyway, good job.

I loved it!  Draco and Ginny amuse me to no end.  They argue, and seem like they're going to kill each other and yet you know that they're both such opposites that they're perfect for each other.  You write them both so well!  Keep up the great work!  Update again soon PLEASE!

Finally, an update! I was addicted to this story even before I joined D&G.com. Absolutely wonderful new chapter, I adored the last few lines. I really can't wait to see the rest of the story, I'm on the edge of my seat, waiting to see where you're going with everything. Do you have any idea how addictive your fic is? -fluff ducky

Good lord woman, it was wonderful! I loved the line where he says her good will would have sustained his heart for a long, long time. I almost cried. He loves her out of his Slytherin mind, and she socked him in the face like he so rightly deserved. Thank you for giving Ginny an appropriately spirited come back after being chased to hell and back again in this fic. A brilliant ending to this enlightening chapter - a cliffie but a good one. Pansy? Malfoys in monetary distress? Severus' relationship with Ginny? Will Ginny and Draco make up? Will Draco marry Pansy? Draco going neutral in the war? So many questions. Will await your next update on the edge of my seat. -fallenwitch

Well, Hoorah! U've finally updated. I have to say thank god! I was, as many others, were beginning to fear that you had abandoned the story. I was quite tragically upset and even angered, but school can be hell at times. Just glad that u are bcak and that you are continuting ur story - Welcome bak! Now, the chapter, It was well written as always and I cannot wait for the rest. I hope you explain more about Ginny's relation with Snape and Tom. Ginny appears to be her fiesty self, but what happened to the potion to make her so terrified. Will Draco, actually change sides and will he finally reject prissy, prancing pansy parkinson ( alliteration, yippy)? Please update soon.

Hurrah, an update! And it was a good update, so no complaints here. I'm glad Ginny socked Draco one, because I'm just growing more and more disappointed with him. I feel like...all of his urges and instinctive reactions make me like him, but then his thoughtful ones ruin it. He put Ginny into danger because he wanted her regard...but he's not willing to risk anything to get it. Coward. As this fic goes on, it occurs to me that it is just so beyond NOT worth it for Ginny to have any interaction with Draco. I mean, I guess that up until now it's been forced on her, so it's not like she had a choice. But since we're all reading this as DG-shippers, I think we're all expecting some reciprocation eventually, and...it just can't possibly be worth it, can it?

So I just got myself hooked onto this story. PLEASE update again soon. As an author, I understand completely how life gets in the way of updating, however the selfish side of me that is now addicted to this story is whining and begging for more. Also, I must also give you a vast amount of credit for being able to write the scenes that inspired this story's rating. It IS a hard thing to write about, and I'm not sure I would have been able to. Once again - I'm going to be selfish and say, PLEASE update again soon!

My mistake in the last review!!! This *is* a new update, and a brilliant one! I can't believe you left it at chapter 7 for so long- no WONDER the fans were sending you death threats! I do hope you'll keep up the writing, this is fantastic!
