The first sentence of this fic is really an extremely amusing sentence. But, it seems like one of those sentences that doesn't seem to want to work. The sentence is:

"For not the first time in my life I bemoaned the fact that procrastination and I got along so dreadfully famously."

You have two issues here. The first one is small: You should probably say "not for" as opposed to "for not" as, generally, that is how people speak, though, I'm sure, not always. The next problem was the one is gotsnape's review and it is a little bit more annoying. It's the two "ly"s in the phrase "dreadfully famously." Though it is nice to have adjectives, here you would be much better off simply saying "famously". Not only would it get rid of that strange sounding, slightly confusing phrase, but it would be just as workable and just as funny.

Also, you need a comma after life.

Sorry for being so nit picky. I realize this is my third review. (The last one was actually meant for the whole story, though, and ended up on the first chapter.) But, I'm a beta, and a very OCD one at that. I dislike leaving pointless reviews, which is good, I think, but which forces me to tell more talented people far more that they want to hear about small problems. (You see, the less talented people have more that simply small problems, and I don't feel quite as bad being specific and critical then.)

Again, I apologize for making you read several paragraphs about one sentence, but I think that it's always good to know what other people think because this should be an environment for learning (in my opinion) and though the teachers are also our peers, which makes them harder to listen to, we have a lot to learn from them if we're willing to listen.

I might have already sent a review, but I found this story extra amusing, so I read what's here again. Keep it up. I'm really quite looking forward to the next chapter. You're Draco doesn't quite take in the fact of his sixth year at Hogwarts and all that unless he's one of those exceptionally strong people that can get over something like his childhood with nothing much ill to say for it. Well, in character, or even out of character (I can't believe I'm saying this. I'm a total canon Nazi most of the time.) this is working. So, keep it up.

Oh no! I just saw that there aren't any more chapters at the moment. Ah well, I'm loving the story so far. Ginny's dream and her reaction upon seeing Draco only moments later had me in stitches. Can't wait for the update! Great job so far.
