Well done. I liked it. Since I haven't got anything constructive to say, I'll stop and go read the rest now. :-)

Wow...Pansy's almost...nice...and yet still Slytherin, which I appreciate. Ginny being very Gryffindor was nice. Ron's never particularly understanding when it comes to D/G, is he? Too bad Rowling seems intent on R/Hr & H/G.

Whoa. Don't know what to think. Poor Draco, forgetting the game for the girl and not getting either...waiting for happy ending!

I never usually submit reviews for every chapter, but then this is different. What's DSM IV-TR? Some med book? Such a very well-informed fic, fallenwitch. ;-)

Your A/N was funny. I guess this PTSD thing does explain Draco's rather unnatural behavior (for Draco, anyway). And I do like the fact that you're very clear about how Draco's still Slytherin. (I dislike fics with Sappy!Draco. Snarky!Draco is much more fun.)

Still a shrink, huh? Do people really get PTSD from SAVING other people from death? I thought you had to nearly die or something to do that...

Wow, didn't know that you USED that kind of language...;-)

I couldn't read all of chapter 6. It is cut off right after the part baout Draco going after the snitch? Maybe its my computer or maybe it's suppose to be like that... Just letting you know! Otherwise this is a wonderful story! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely bloody fantastic! I find with many stories (mine included), Draco is so out of character that he become just Joe-Lovestory-Person. He becomes the anonymous face of “cute guy” and not who he is. In your story, he is Draco Malfoy, bastard extraordinaire. I likey!

I really enjoyed this story. You do a great job with the first-person narrative--Draco has so much character! I especially like how he is so reluctant, but can't help himself. Thank you very much!

This story was amazing! I loved it. I can't believe that its over. But it has a very good ending. Keep up the good work in all your other stories that you plan to write in the futur. This was really good.

Author's Response: Thanks for your kind review. I'm glad you enjoyed the ending.

I really liked this story! This is the first time I've reviewed. . I think but since it's the last chap I decided to! But. . as I was saying. . I really like this story, because it's somewhere in the middle. (angst-wise). Not as angsty as some of stories (which is good, I've always thought those a bit un realistic, cuz lets face it, Draco's not evil just a pompous jerk) but not all fluff and OOC, either. So this was a happy medium! I really liked the ending, too. Although . .. perhaps an epilogue? With a bit of fluff? I don't know, that wouldn't really fit the story would it? But I really liked this story, good job!

Author's Response: Funnykido, thanks for your insightful review. I'm glad you liked the story. I never thought about where Quidditch might land on the angst-fluff meter out there, but it's good to know you think it's right on the mark. It took me a minute or two to discover why your comments surprised me. It's because I always write angst, except Quidditch. It started out as an experimental fling into a different style (snarky humor) and ended up becoming the story you just read. Please, Do Not read my other fics, especially The Letter, Part 2. The amount of angst injected into that one may just rock you off the planet! If you stop now, I think you're still safe! Seriously, thanks for your review. It made me stop and think, and I always appreciate that.
Name: Sammy reviewed Never, Ever, Do Anything Like That Again on Jun 08, 2005 12:26 pm
Awesome job! I just have one question.. The last bit, the outtake, was it sort of like an epilouge cookie type thing? Great story! --Sammy

Author's Response: I guess it was like an epilogue, but I didn't intend for it to be one. It was really just a left over scene which didn't fit anywhere else but had some value and interest to it, as far as the story went. If I were to do an epilogue, it would probably have been more inclusive and spoke more to the maturing relationship between the Slytherin and his package of red silk and freckles.
Name: gotsnape reviewed Never, Ever, Do Anything Like That Again on Jun 08, 2005 08:06 am
Oh goodie! A happy ending. I just love happy endings. I am wondering what was going through Ginny's mind during this whole period of time? Can we say "Sequel"? I think we can. The out takes are lovely. I don't see why you didn't include some of them in the story. How in the world do you find time for out takes? Brill, girl!

Author's Response: gotsnape, you are too much! Sequel? What sequel? We'll have to talk/argue about that one later. As for the outtakes, I managed to weave one of the two into the story. The second one remained an outtake with nowhere else to go. Sorry. Maybe I'll change that in another lifetime. Thanks for your kind review and your generous shoulder to lean on during the production of this short fic. You are the best!

::applause:: I loved the snarky Draco in earlier chapters, but it was definitely nice seeing him give in to what we all knew would happen in the end. It's interesting what sheer instinct leads particular ferrets to do on the Quidditch pitch. =)

Author's Response: Yeah. Those ferrets have the most uncanny instincts, and thank goodness for that!
