Ommigod. *Fans self* This story was so well written and contained such great imagery. I don't know how in the world you were able to write all that down. Especially the D/G/R scene. Pure hotness.
The scene of Charlie and Bill's deaths was also really great. It was totally gut-wrenching and I could literally feel my stomach twist and I think I may have almost cried. Almost. I somehow, coincidently had "Animal I have Become" by Three Days Grace playing on my computer which just made that scene even more intense. You should try it, it really enhances all the imagery.
I'm kind of sad that the entire Weasley clan had to die. But I guess that was essential to Ginny's seclusion. And I can't really believe Remus would to those things to Ginny. I almost wish he would've been killed. I guess desperate times call for desperate measures though huh?
Any writer that can move people so, is truly brilliant. This is really one of best written fics I've read. Congrats on a wonderful story.
Author's Response: I still have no idea where the idea for this fic came from. But it was one of those premises had could only work if the entire family was dead, if there was no hope, and there were no good guys. I don't think I make anyone in this look good. :)

I'm somewhat confused by this story. Where on earth does Remus fit in as one of the bad guys lying to Ginny? I mean, isn't he a good guy? I would have expected him to be killed like all the rest of them. The imagery of Charle/Bill Weasley's death was graphic but well told. Well done.
Author's Response: Remus turned into one of these ambiguous characters as I wrote this, so I don't think he can really be classified as a good or bad guy. He is considered nothing more than a creature by the Death Eaters, which doesn't help. I don't think anyone is clearly a bad guy in this, except maybe Bella. :)

That was amazing. I loved it. It was so well written, not trashy, not overdone. Just perfect. It was dark and I loved that - especially Ginny's first few weeks. Brilliant job!

good. very very graphic but good. remuse should have died and there shoud be a sequal. somthings were a little "scary"(not in the frightening way) and i think ron didnt have to die. i mean ron is the worst hexer and all and, no wait he should have died. good call. but Mrs. Weasly i agreee should not have died. i think it would have been more befitting for her to go into hiding. or somthing.... o well you did a GORGEY jod. and i hope to see more of your overly graphic work in the future!
Author's Response: Deaths were offscreen and absolutely essential to the plot. Otherwise, Ginny wouldn't have been so isolated enough for the rest of it to work. I think it's worse for Remus still being alive... think of all the pain he's in! (And to think I actually like Remus...)

ooo. still, I can't believe Draco actually let Remus do that. I'd also kind of hoped that (call me cruel) Remus would be killed. Oh well. it's lovely how Draco is sssso loving to Ginny.
Author's Response: I don't think Draco even recognizes what he feels as love, or if he'll even allow himself to call it love. And I make no promises for what will happen to Remus after the end of the fic. :)

that was so intense. you captured draco's "emotions" so well, and the entire fic really shows how he can't express emotion normally, so he expresses it physically.

.....wow... that was good. Bellatrix disturbed me. And it was sad that all the weasley family died. I can't picture poor Mrs. Weasley being killed. She's too... motherly to be killed. And it was horrible how you said Bill and Charlie died. It brought up sad mental images. Very bloody sad mental images....
Author's Response: I kinda did it on purpose. Hence the angst and how they tried to hide Ginny at the school. No one would attack a school, right? ::looks around:: But I meant to have the fic be a little claustrophobic and dark and horrific. Voldemort winning can't ever be a good thing.

Wow, that was all smutt! Cool! I like how Draco really loves her but doesn't know it....You were REALLY discriptive with the Remus and Bill and Charlie scene. I usually read stuff like that. Congratulations! That was really good. Wonderfull story.
Author's Response: heh. I love my dysfunctional!Draco, all possessive and loving without knowing how to do it properly.
With this fic, tho, it was dark and angsty and I couldn't help how really twisted some of it was. Tho I'm sure the smut helped. ;)
