This is the problem with one-shots that are too short. Authors tend to jump into things too quickly which is what happended here. Specific example: The use of Malfoy's first name by Ginny and the use of Ginny's nickname by Malfoy. I also could have sworn I read this story before due to the numerous cliches used i.e. the argument in the beginning between Ron and Ginny.
