OMG. I read this entire thing tonight and Oh My God. It's fantastic! I do hope you write more.
I think Draco is an utter prat in this though. Although he can be sweet, he's still just... GRR! *laughs* Hard to hate and hard to love.
Poor Ginny though. I actually cried when Molly died. In the series you can always tell that Ginny is closest with her mum. But then again, how can you not be when your the only girl for 6 generations of Weasleys? But I guess it hit a sensitive spot for me because my mum and I are so close.
I just wish Ginny could see one of her brothers again. That would make me ball! *chuckle* I'm such a sap. Anyways! Love, love, LOVE the fic!

This is the most disturbingly fascinating fic out there right now, without a doubt. This Draco is just so complex. Is he entirely evil? I don't think so, which makes his character worse in a way-- he's yearning towards goodness, but his own actions ensure he will never reach it. For him, Ginny symbolizes all that is good, which I think is why he withdraws from her so much for so long after the wedding, as the things he has to do get worse and worse. I do think he's telling the truth as he sees it when he says he loves her, but he wants something that she could never give him. And Ginny herself is sinking into this very submissive role, but it isn't natural to her, and I don't think it can last forever. I can't think how you're going to end this fic, and there are very few D/G fics I've ever read where that could possibly be said by this point. Keep writing! :)

I just started reading this story and I haven't decided what I think of it yet. You've written it well, but it makes me cringe to she Ginny so subservient. I suppose that's the point. I wonder, though, given that the story is titled 'Lies' and Ginny has no access to the outside world beyond what Draco shares with her, is her family REALLY dead? Or does Draco just want her to think that they are? She really has nothing more than his word and a newspaper, which could be faked easily enough. Something for me to ponder until the next chapter.

Draco is one sadistic mofo in this. I don't know what to think. He kicks her ass then has sex with her. Knocks her up and then puts her in a choke-hold. His father at one point manhandles her when she's 14 and is now making goo goo eyes at her on her wedding date. I mean WTH? LOL. I keep reading though because I don't know what to expect next. Jessica one thing about this story is that you keep it unpredictable. Draco has bi-polar disease or something in this because his mood swings are out of whack. I feel for Ginny once that kid is born because he'll surely only get worse.

OMFG It was starting to get long (and I do appreciate long stories) and then BAM! WAM! Thank you Mam! Here's your cake.....all of them dead. And what nerve of Draco to lay somethink like this to her in that cold, ugly way. Does he not understand that she is pregnate and that she has been appart from her family so long to have paper clippings telling her of their fate?
He is really starting to annoy me. Save me from myself Ginny...Whatever, what a load of dung.

I enjoy reading your fics. They are always very good. I was reluctant to read this one because of your summary. I don't do well in reading sad stories. I started reading this story and decided to give it a chance. I didn't get to far because I started feeling awful for Ginny. Give her a break! Draco is just awful. I tried to read it and since you did warned us that it isn't going to end hppily ... but I was hoping you would have a change of heart and give Ginny some happiness. Unfortunately, I can't read no more without trying to reach into the computer and tear Draco apart. I hope you do decide to give Ginny some help or savior in helping her escape the hell hole and the saddistic Draco. I problably come back to read the end just to see if he gets his just desert. Your still brilliant in writing just this fic is breaking my heart and praying that Ginny gets to go home to her mummy! I send her all my love and hugs and hope someone listens to her pleads. P.S. Isn't someone looking for her! Please someone(HARRY) find and help her(Opps, that slip).
