I just read your recently submitted fic, which was very cute, by the way, but this one is *very* interesting... I love an unsure but yearning Draco, and the fact that you've kept it HBP compliant! I would very much like to see an update, if you haven't given up on it!

how embarassin. slightly amsuing and i do feel bad ginny for that memory but whats a girl to do. i do hope in good taste she doesn't tell draco bout that no point in giving him more in his defense. wondrful chapter, can't wait for 7.

Sorry about that, but Ginny is just driving me crazy. Of course, I completely understand--it isn't an easy situation to get out of. And I am looking forward to finding out how the weekend with Draco will change things. Thanks for the update!

This fic is fantastic; I like Ginny's personality and the relationship she has with Draco. My biggest fear, however, is that you're going to demonize Harry to end their engagement, which is unfair. Sometimes things just don't work, even with good men! But then, the 'bad' Harry is a pet peeve of mine, and you know whatever direction you want to take this fic in.
Have to say, I didn't really understand the whole sex scene...was Ginny upset because she didn't get the sex she didn't want? And 'white *something* on her stomach'? Is she not supposed to know what semen is?
Sorry, maybe that sounded a bit harsh! But I was just confused by the whole scene. In any case, I love the rest of the fic and can't wait to see some more serious D/G time in Crete!
Author's Response: I'm not planning on demonizing Harry. The fic isn't about Ginny escaping a "bad" relationship to be in a good one with Draco. It's more that she's finding herself as an adult and as she does this, she realizes her relatinship with Harry no longer fits. Honestly, even though Harry is a central figure he's definitely second to D&G.
Ginny understood what it was (but she is a virgin), but she's in such a state right now that her mind wasn't working to recognize it. Also, it wasn't that she didn't want to be with him, it was just not the right way. She's really struggling because her heart, head, and body are all telling her different things.
