This was absolutely wonderful! So hilarious, and a nice change from most D/G fics. Don't get me wrong, I love hearing how Draco and Ginny get together like any other D/G fan, but it's nice to see the actual story-line of their relationship as well.

Author's Response: Thanks! I enjoyed the other couples in this one almost as much (or more) than I did the D/G!

"I’m terribly afraid we’re about to be on a first name basis."

Hehe. I enjoyed every second of this fic! I absolutely loved how you made Inter-House relations seem plausible, and I could not get enough of Ron. You balanced his temper with is common sense, and even injected a little bit of cool-calm-collected Ron as well.
Oh, if other fics held my attention and kept me laughing as this one has! After I finish writing this review, I'm going to go find all of your other stories and read them! :P
Please (and I'm asking in advance), please write more. I know that I would love to read more, and I'm sure others would as well.
Thank you for such a wonderful thirty minutes of my life.

Author's Response: You're so welcome. There should be the story of how D & G got together.. the "funny story" that Hermione talked about, sometime soon. Kind of a prequel to His Girl. I love sane!Ron. I know it's non-canon, but truly don't care!

Per,
Hey, first off I love your name - I actually grew up with a girl named Persephone. Anyway, your story was really good. I like the kinder, gentler, harry/draco, the cross-house friendships and I loved the idea of Voldie being done in by his own demented followers (brilliant!). So since this was my first d/g fic I'd say, very nice!

Author's Response: I was your first? *flutters* Welcome to the group, darling! We're so happy to have you!

The Gryffindor/Slytherin...what did you call it?..."interhouse cooperation" is deliciously sinful. Poignant writing, vibrant characters; excellent job!

Author's Response: Thanks bunches!

I had fun reading it. Harry and Pansy, I've always liked that pairing and of course Draco and Ginny. Absolutely brilliant.

Author's Response: I like Harry/Pansy, as well. Thanks for the review.

What a great story! I really like light-hearted Hogwarts era stories and there aren't many of those now post-HBP! The characterizations, especially of the Slytherins, were really good and it was refreshing to see Ron okay with Ginny's relationship. You also made me actually like Pansy which is difficult to do. Fantastic!

Author's Response: Thanks. I like it when evil doesn't muck up a story sometimes... and I love Pansy. Just not for Draco!

I loved this! Great job. The whole last scene with the key and Ron's little speech was hilarious.

Author's Response: I like him gesturing with the fork, personally! Thanks!

Loved it, pure and simple. Read it off and on all morning, and I must say I like your Pansy. But I'm a HUGE HG/RW shipper, so the Hermione/Blaise didn't go so well over me. It was great though, please write more! A chapter at least?

Author's Response: Rest assured, Hermione doesn't LOVE Blaise, she's just got a little crush. She LOVES Ron. I'm writing a prequel to His Girl right now, about how Draco & Ginny get together. Might be up in a month or so.

That was great. I loved it. Let' s see, what else can I say? I love that Ron gets to be the wise one, he is normally a bit dim. I love that Draco was insecure. You tweaked all of their personalities a bit and made them more human. Good job.

Author's Response: Thanks!

Great story! The various little one-liners scattered throughout were quite enjoyable as well as your characterization of all of the characters. And while I was reading, a little plot bunny popped into my head: Hermione mentions when Draco and Ginny got together and how funny it was. I think it would be rather interesting to have a little off-shoot explaining how they got together.

I can't wait to read other works from you.

Author's Response: I've thought about that. Maybe soon.

Oh, do I get a crown, too?
Congratulations darl!
*Sigh* I shall always love your Ron, and your Slyth-obsessed Hermione.
You are truly a goddess!

Author's Response: Any tiara you wish! I'll be Queen (age) of our mutual admiration society and you can be princess (beauty)!

Oh Perse, you make me laugh. I'm glad you paired Ron and Hermione up and I'm sure Pansy will be good for Harry, since I don't really care who he ends up with.

It just goes to show, doesn't it, that the best plans go awry. And I love that all the Houses got together and fulfilled Dumbledore's dream of Interhouse Unity. Just... I don't know if it's all that realistic. The Houses had their rivalry ever since the start of Hogwarts and they'd been through Grindelwald too. *shrugs*

I loved it -- are you writing any more? And just so you know, I burnt my dinner halfway through reading this because I got so absorbed in it. :P Well done. ^_^

Author's Response: Glad you laughed, sorry you burned you dinner... Poor Harry. I don't care about him, either. No. No, none of this was realistic. Absolutely none of it, and... I'm okay with that. In fact sometimes I like it more than canon stuff.

hah, nice. this was a fun story - I appreciate seeing an intelligent Ronald Weasley... actually, the characters were all portrayed in a likable light, thanks for that :) I would enjoy reading more from you so I hope you don't stop here with writing D/G fanfiction

Author's Response: Thanks! I have a novel length fic in the works... chapters 4 & 5 are with the beta now...

Draco exploded. “Yes! Everything is bloody well fine with-- if you-- I mean every available empty place that–Potter and… PANSY!” he stopped, calming himself. “Blaise, perhaps you’d better take this.”

Haha, that was great. It was fun, interesting and well-balanced between the characters. And Crabbe confunding himself. Ack, classic...

Author's Response: Thank you! I've always thought there must be SOME explanation for Crabbe being so stupid.

oooo, that was so cute! I've always been a BIG fan of the Harry/Pansy match. And I loved how you wrote Ron. Not all Angry!Ron, but so not Obtuse!Ron either. ;) Good work! =)

Author's Response: Thanks! Me, too. I LOVE Pansy... she gets a raw deal in so many stories...

Good job! I thought it was a well written short story and the idea of using a potion on Harry was great. I like how Ron was written, very mature and level headed about the love lives of the people closet to him. I do hope that you will have another story that has my favorite couple - Draco and Ginny!

Author's Response: Thanks! Look for another in a few weeks...
