Another great chapter! I'm really looking forward to finding out how all of this ends up. I actually like your Hermione, which is a rare thing! And I like how Harry, though he is supposed to be the 'bad' boyfriend to Ginny, is a jerk, but still a believable Harry who has to defeat Voldemort. A lot of fics feature him as being cruel and stupid and horrible to Ginny, but here, he is just a confused teenager and all around git, but I could still see them ending up as friends in the end. And your Draco is very very attractive in his intelligence and his subtle attraction to Ginny. Thanks for writing! Oh, and I couldn't help but notice on the FIA forums you talked about a Cruel Intentions fic...which I've been dreaming of writing myself for centuries, except I'm too busy and get distracting by reading so many fics hahah..anyway, I was wondering if you were still working on it and when we should look for it?? : ) And also, if you were looking for any help? ; )
Author's Response: I am still planning on working out the Cruel Intentions fic...help would be great! Anyhow. Thanks for the review, and I'm glad you like my Hermione and find Harry to be not a total cruel, stupid jerk...but just a stressed out teenage boy jerk. =D

Hermione does know a bit much, but I think it's plausible: she IS Hermione, after all, lol. I'm also kinda disappointed in Draco, he needs to buck up a bit!
Other than that, I'm still LOVING this story and I can't wait to read more!!! You seem to really have everything planned out and I like your style. =)

I really like how you've stuck with how the characters should be. You didn't just have Draco Malfoy be nice to everyone or magically have changed his mind. It's refreshing to see an intelligent Hermione. All of your characters spring to life.

Great story. Read it all at once =D A bit slower on Draco & Ginny relationship. I mean yea, its cute now Draco think about her all the time, but it would be nice to see what Ginny think about it. And it seems like Hermione is liking Draco in this chapter? Man, what's the world coming into!
Author's Response: The D/G relationship is being a bit slow on the go...It's stubborn, but I'm trying to work it out. As for Hermione, she doesn't 'like like' Draco - she's quite content with Ron - but she does want someone to discuss scholarly things with occasionally. That's all. =D Thanks for the review!

you are really, really, not a very nice writer!!!!!!
and what I mean by that is:
She flipped another page and smiled at first line of the prophecy – the dragon's strength is the flame - a love prophecy, symbolism then.
AAS:DLKFJAIRSHGKJDfN! THAT WAS JUST MEAN! She just skipped over it and didn't even let me see the whole thing and YOU KNEW IT! meanie!
And then you had to go and end the chapter with Hermione starting to talk about genetics, and what does THAT have to do with anything?
you have simply just got to update more often. I aboslutely adore this fic, it's great, and I can't wait to read it again once it's finished, so I can really get the whole...sense of continuity.

I thought someone was polyjuiced!!! I never thought Moody was a slytherin!!! Is that canon?? I liked the interaction between Draco and Hermione, amicable but too much. Still I missed D/G!!! Keep the good work!
Author's Response: No, no polyjuice. Canon, as far as I'm aware (and HPLexicon says) doesn't have Moody assigned to a house; so I picked one for him. =P I'm working on bringing the D/G around, it's starting to come, but it's still being a little pokey. Thanks for the review!

The back and forth between Draco and Hermione was priceless. I love the way that you are writing all of the characters - they seem and extension of what we already know about them.
Hermione in Slytherin? I nearly fell off the sofa laughing.

Author's Response: THank you very much for the lovely review. I try so hard with the characters - to both keep them cannon and break them out of it (realistically). You don't think Hermione could be in Slytherin? How about that Confundus she put on McLaggen (or whatever his name was) so Ron could be Keeper?

Brilliant. So much to comment on, I hope I get to it all.
Love the allusion to a Draco with an inner!Ravenclaw. He's very smart - so I appreciate that line of thinking. Also - I like the grudging respect Hermione gives him there near the end etc. Really smartly done. (Though what does being called a 'weed' have to do with anything?)
Ginny's headach over whether a person's 'House' makes them who there are is wonderful. And Moody as a Slytherin (I realize you mentioned it earlier) but yeah - BRILLIANT!
I enjoyed the whole bit. Draco being all obsessive... and I love that Ginny doesn't seem Mary Sue (not with that big pimple on her nose) but that she's still brilliant.
Another great great chapter! ;)
