I loved how you incorporated the writing style of Dumbledore – a very nice touch :D! As for the story itself, it was beautifully crafted and I was particularly enamoured with how it took his tears for the message to be revealed - it seems like a very Dumbledore thing to do. A lovely fic that made me smile – great work!

Author's Response: That darned Dumbledore- he was the trickiest part of this entore fic, but I'm glad my gimmick for getting Draco to No. 12 wasn't too farfetched. I'm so happy you enjoyed this! :)

Aw, I loved Draco's present. Both of them. Great little holiday fic!

Author's Response: *hugs* Thanks, Lyndsie! Though the D/G'er in me wants to like the kiss better, I'm totally fond of his Mummy coming to him for Christmas. :)

Aww... this was lovely and heart-touching. I especially liked "Blessings aren't linear; they come back around in one form or another." Well done. :)

Author's Response: I'm so glad it was touching without being overly-sappy. The blessings line was added at about one a.m., when I was bleary with sleepiness, but it worked out okay, I guess. ;)

I so enjoy your writing, and this was a lovely holiday treat. I like thinking of Draco this way.

Author's Response: Thank you! What a lovely thing to say (my little author heart squees when people say they actually enjoy reading my work). I wanted to do a Christmas fic this year that somehow incorporated the events of HBP, and though it took me more than a week to work things out, I thought the final product was rather good. :)

Oh, this is absolutely lovely. I particularly like Snape's crotchetiness ("It's about bloody time," Snape growled as he slammed into the room. "I've been sitting out there for hours now, waiting for you to have the decency to do what any starving, homesick boy should have done days ago- cry. Blast it all, Draco, must you do everything the hard way?"). I also loved Draco's wistfulness for Christmases past. Thank you very much for sharing this!

Author's Response: Grouchy Snape warms my heart- he has raised gloom and snide comments to an art form. In fact, I am particularly proud of the line you quoted; it may be my favorite one in the whole fic. Glad you liked it!
