That was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed every minute. You had great characterisationa and it was realistic (I liked how they actually didn't like each other at first but grew on each other). I loved how you talked about the war and the sad side of things while staying happy and hopeful. Oh and happy ending was a bonus I would have been so depressed if they had died. :) You deserve a gold star.

I liked this story, how you combined Canon with a possible other outcome, keeping the main protagonists in character and providing us with a thrilling read.
One only would wish it was longer.
Definitely worth to be a classic. :)
