Ouch… *sympathizes with Ginny* I totally understand. Great fic. I’d like to see the second chapter, I think. Because, as you’ve left it, it really could go either way. I’ve got a guess, but I could be wrong. So the speaker (italicized sections)… Draco, yeah?

Author's Response: Thank you so much for your review! I had completely forgotten about this story until I saw your spouse. I've been actually really busy this year because well it's my Junior year and I have SATs coming up and APs and college counseling so I haven't exactly had a lot of time to write much of anything. rnI reread the italicized sections stand alone, and you're right stand alone it could be either Draco or Harry who said it to her in an argument because they both want/expect to have the same type of relationship with Ginny. But through the story I try to indicate that it was the argument with Harry that spurrs her to go to Draco. Those words ringing in her head are from Harry, pretty much pushing her and forcing her to go to Draco. I hope that makes sense. If it doesn't, please email me and I'll try to clarify more. When I revise this story, I'll try to make it more clear.rnThanks again for your review! I hope you liked it! I had started a second chapter, but I haven't continued writing it. Maybe when this school year is over I'll try to be more proactive about my writing.

This is excellent as a one-shot. Great job :)

Author's Response: Thank you so much for you review! I'm glad you liked it!

I really enjoyed your style of writing. It's different than a lot of other fics. I can't quite place my finger on what it reminded me of when I read it, but I feel it is cold and distant, confused...true to how Ginny is feeling and I like that. The fact that it is narrated by Ginny makes it reminiscent of films like "Sin City" (not the plot, just the overall air of it). So yea, what I'm trying to say is: good job!

Author's Response: Thank you! I tried to make this one-shot different with the first person and Ginny's thoughts so the reader can learn more about what Ginny is facing and feeling. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Wow. That was really well written. It was emotional, and deep, and bittsweet. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!

Author's Response: Thanks so much for reviewing, and I'm glad you enjoyed it. I usually don't like bittersweet endings for DG, but I can't see another outcome that is feasible in this case. Wouldn't it be nice if Draco and Ginny's lives were easy? But I guess that's what we love about the couple: their ability to live through it all to find happiness. I'm such a sap. Thanks again!

Wow. Intense but really good. I really liked- I haven't read a fic like this in...well, ages- if it all.

So another chapter...please? :)

Author's Response: Thank you for the review. I'm really glad you liked it. I tried writing a sequel to this in the morning, except I couldn't get the details straight and I became bit more than just frustrated. I doubt another chapter will be out soon, but it'll be up eventually.

Oh come on now! That was very very VERY good. It wasn't cheesy and it felt new and original, even though I've seen this plot too many times where Ginny cheats on Harry with Draco but yours was, a breath of fresh air.

I would love it if you continued but of course at the risk of the following chapters being below par/expectations. But still, well done. Cheerio!

Author's Response: I know the plot where Ginny goes to Draco to get away from Harry because she's searching from something else is pretty common, but I think it's so prevalent because it occurs quite often in reality. Lovers move from one person to the next if they're not satisfied, and if a relationship has a lot of pressure from outsiders, like Ginny and Harry's, it's no suprise that it's usually a disaster. I'm glad you thought my version was fresh because that was my goal with Ginny's POV. That is why I kept this a one-shot for now; I fear that poorly written chapters added later would take away from its beauty. rnThanks again for the review!

oh, wow. thats different, and very interesting. and nice.

Author's Response: Thanks for the review! I'm not sure how different it is from the normal Ginny cheats on Harry with Draco, but I tried my best and I'm glad you liked it!

ha, i always love it when ginny does sth like that. actually i have no idea why, i just do.
i liked the way you wrote it! please consider writign a second chapter, heh

Author's Response: Thank you! I really do hope to work on a second chapter, and the wheels are turning. I'm going to do my best to finish what I've started. The weird thing is my inspirations usually come at awful times. Like right now, I have finals this week, but that's usually when I get plot bunnies and the like. Thanks again for the review. I personally don't know how realistic it is, but I, too, like it when Ginny runs to Draco to get away from Harry.

I like this story. Really well written.

Author's Response: Thank you for the review; I'm glad you liked it. I really hope that I can always write like this but my inspiration, unfortunately, only comes sporiadically.

I would definatly love to see some more on this. :) Great job!

Author's Response: Thanks for the compliment and review. I'll try to see what I can do for more of this story. I have this plot bunny running in my head and I can't get it to stand still so I can see all the details for the next chapter. Lol. I'm working on it though.
