*SQUEEEE* I LOVE QUANTUM LEAP. It was one of my favorite shows!And of course I love Draco Ginny. Methinks the union of the two will be AMAZING. I loved Quantum Leap, and I love how you combined these two. I was really pissed that JKR did not redeem Draco in the DH. She had the perfect opportunities to let him shine, but no, she gives him a receding hair line. *pout*

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! It just keeps getting better and better. This is even better than the original idea for this fic from TWO YEARS ago. I can just imagine Draco being quite a little snot and not wanting to give up information that might be helpful. And poor Sam, he truly is out of his league in this leap. It's a good thing he has dumb luck!

He he, I will have to check out the wiki link since it has been a long time since I watched Quantum Leap. (My comments last chapter were a mixture of people not knowing what the show was and if anyone dared to complain about you posting while the archive is 'shut down'.) I am really enjoying this fic and bits of the show are coming back as I read. I have to give you props, I'm not certain that I could make is all work like you have.

I LOVE that Draco is being a brat in the waiting room. I think it's brilliant how you've worked in canon so well. I KNEW there was a real reason for Draco to be saying 'I'm on your side' *grumbles about JKR and her Draco!hate' It MUST be as you say. ;)
Draco in heels... Interesting idea. I think I saw an icon like that - but it WAS made by a Drarry fan. ;)

thanks for the link Mynuet i get it now! *cringes at being called a teeny bopper* And those who didn't get it before, or that were "dim enough to complain" (like me apparently) should NOT be ashamed b/c we didn't say we didn't like this story- we were jus confused...

If nothing else, someone needed to ding me for not attributing what the source was, because it's a violation of our plagiarism rule not to do so. Interesting idea. The characters from Quantum Leap are crazy and would actually fit quite perfectly in the magical world. I haven't watched that show in ages.
Certain aspects of the chapter seemed a little rushed, though there was a lot of action so...
I'm intrigued and looking forward to where you plan to take this fic.
Author's Response: I really didn't intend the pace to be this hectic, but I was following the book and that dictated how fast it went. It'll probably slow down once Sam/Draco is separated from Harry.

Even though I happen to be in the well under thirty crowd, I am thanking God right now I am a huge nerd and used to watch Quantum Leap every week. I LOVE this idea; it is incredibly original. I never even considered the possibility of this possibility.
I presume the guy that Sam saved was Fred? *crosses fingers* I hope so. I was rather miffed when he died, to put it mildly.
I am very excited to see where this story goes, and how Sam being in Draco affects the entire story. I am especially looking forward to how this will change things with Draco and Ginny.
Please keep up the great work; I can't wait to read more of this!

IT's fun! It's Sam & Al! And I could totally see Al hitting the side of the thingy when he said, 'Lobster.' Brings back all kinds of good memories. Could they maybe save some of the people She killed off while they're there?

Author's Response: Sorry, I should have had the needed info there in the first place. Sam is the main character from an old show called Quantum Leap, and Al is his observer. There's a short explanation at the beginning of the chapter now, and a link to the wiki.
