Wow, that was so sad, but so beautiful, with a perfect ending. The beginning was heart-wrenching, but im so happy Ginny finally confronted her mom.

And the end, beautiful. Ginny saying "'this is just perfect'", then Draco "gathered her back into his arms and kissed her" was PERFECT. It made me so so so happy.

I LOVE this story. Hope you had a good holiday, and keep up the great work.

Author's Response: This is such a lovely review. The beginning was hard, because Ginny was in such emotional turmoil, but in the end, she's working towards setting things straight. Thanks again for leaving your thoughts!

Wow that was such a heart breaking chapter. Poor Draco has been through so much and still after so many years everyone treats him like crap. Ginny has a tough job ahead of her if she's going to help him fight his demons. With the exception of George I'm not liking the Weasley's so far, I hope they redeem themselves soon.

I'm looking forward to your next chapter!

Author's Response: It was very hard to write, and I'm sure just as hard to read. I'm glad someone is giving George a little appreciation. I've always loved him as a character, and I gave him what I believe to be an appropriate role in the situation of Ginny's. Thanks so much!

:o
....... god why did you make it so realistic??
really well written, but kinda depressing... i guess that's not your fault though. PLEASE let james and albus be nice again...

Author's Response: I'm sorry!! No, really, I'm not. The angst is part of the journey. Thanks for the review! :)

Wow...That is all I can say: Wow.

And poor Ginny - if only she could help him :(

Author's Response: Thanks so much for your review. Ginny is rather helpless in this situation. :(

Hehe. Pranking Al and James. Excellent.

Author's Response: It is excellent of them. My two little Malfoys teaming up against the Potters. :)

I was wondering when she'd remember her kids. How old is she here? 23? 24?

Author's Response: It takes place nine years after book 7. So, I believe Ginny is 25. Thanks for the review!

Dang poor Ginny and Draco. I think that they just need to move back and get out of the stress. I can't believe that Ginny's family would act like that no matter who the father Ginny and Lily are still family. Can't wait to read more. :)

Author's Response: Everything is sucking right now. I would love for them to go back to Prague, but running away from their problems isn't the answer. Things with the Weasleys are going to be tough just like everything else. Thanks so much for yet another review!

Wow. I can still feel the charged atmosphere between Draco and Ginny in that last scene. Very powerful. Finally we get a glimpse of what Draco has been dreading would happen, what has been hounding him ever since he agreed to move back to England. Although it seems that what's been left unsaid will remain eating away at him for some time to come. I can't wait to see how this will develop.

“Nor is it mine.”
With that last line comes a whole sense of hopelessness, helplessness, despair. I can just picture Draco and Ginny both staring at each other in the silence that follows.

I love how your writing has me caught up in the emotions of the characters. The angst is especially done very well. I'll be looking forward to the next chapter.

Also, I hope that Scorpius can try to cheer Lily up in the Summer hols, so she doesn't have to feel alone without James and Albus.

Author's Response: Aw, such a long and lovely review. I tried to make the tension in that scene as palpable as possible. I'm glad that Draco's demons and the strains they put on the marriage have been appropriately apparent. Thanks so much for your appreciative comments, shaded. Scorpius will indeed be visiting over the summer hols. :)

Wow. This keeps getting better and better with every chapter (even though this chapter is sad). I love this story.

I loved it, I feel for everyone, its a shame that Draco, Ginny, and Lily got affected badly in this one chapter. Stupid James and Albus for making Lily feel that way...but im glad Draco seems like hes starting to open up about whats bothering him! And poor Draco...20 years later, and all of what had happened in the war still following him so much. It is really quite heart wrenching, all the pain that their going through, but whats a D/G story with out a little angst?

Keep up the good work, and a big THANK YOU for the regular updates. I usually don't read WIPs, but this one caught my attention from the very beginning, like I said in my last review.

Author's Response: Aw, thanks. I'm so glad you've been enjoying it. Everyone has been struggling lately. I try my best to update regularly, thanks for noticing! :)

Jesus.

This is really magnificent, you know.

Author's Response: Oh, thanks so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

oh dear... pain all around. but with their situation, it would not be believable if they have it easy. i feel for lily the most (makes me want to smack james & albus for taking it out on her... gits!)

i have a feeling things will get worse before they get better. i know draco is a mess and ginny is miserable, but please don't make them break-up!

the way you presented their pain is brilliant. that scene at the jokeshop (ironic, come to think of it) where people were unforgiving, draco's anguish, ginny's tears, and that line of draco's at the end... heartbreaking!!!

you're awesome, thanks for the update. oh, pls excuse my 'lower case' review, i'm just a text junkie. also, a shout-out to ur beta Embellished (see, a capital letter just for her), you both rock!

Author's Response: Such a long, thoughtful review. I appreciate every single one of your comments! Lily did suffer some hardships this chapter, and you'll see how this affected her a little later on. Things are getting messy, and none of my characters are happy right now, much to their and my dismay. Thanks so much for recognizing Embellished as well. She certainly deserves a lot of credit.

Oh no! Please dont tell me that they are going to break up because of this?! What about Lily? what about a confrontation btw Ginny & her family with Draco close by. I think they need to see for themselves that they are happy and that they are going to try to get along? Awesome story. So looking forward to the next great chapter.

Author's Response: Troubled times await our favorite couple. Lily was with George during this confrontation, but hard times are coming for her as well. I appreciate you leaving a review again. Keep reading!

Wow. Can't wait for the next update!

Author's Response: Thanks! I will hopefully get one up before the holiday break.

This was so sad. I really hope they don't break up, I am rooting for the Unlikely here. Please let them pull through. Great story though, update soon!!

Author's Response: Thanks for such a sweet review. It's nice to see you care so much about my poor, tormented characters. Stick with me!

AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! That was my scream of absolute delight for the update!

Author's Response: Aw, I'm glad. I was a day late, I'm sorry. I have finals this week, and studying has been a nightmare. Thanks for the review!

Scorpius and Ginny's bonding in the kitchen was well expressed; tentative at start, but growing to become more comfortable.

I like the little points that Ginny takes note of, such as how Scorpius has a rather stand-offish attitude upon first meeting her and Lily and thus Ginny treats him as an adult.

The escalating prank war was half amusing half anxiety-ridden as Ginny grew so very worried that bridges broken could never be mended rightly, but you surprised me as well as Ginny with that lovely reconciliation at the end.

I can't wait to see what the next chapter will bring.

Author's Response: I'm so glad you were perceptive of Ginny's and Scorpius's developing relationship, which was of course tied to Scorpius's relationship with Lily. Thanks for yet another great, thoughtful review. Keep reading!

Awwww. that last bit was incredibly cute. I just got done with reading all the chapters before. Somehow I managed to not start reading this one when you first started writing it, but be sure I will be reading it from now on. Good job!!

Author's Response: Well thank you for leaving reviews now that you've started to read. I'm glad you're enjoying it, and I hope you keep reading!

I had heard from a couple people that I should read this story and that it was fantastic. I full-heartedly agree it's marvelous! I'm so glad that they came to a short of shaky sibling agreement. This is just amazing.

Author's Response: I'm so glad you decided to take up this story. I wonder who could be spreading around such nice things. It's great that you like it and that you plan on continuing to read, I'm always glad to have another reader. Thanks for the review!

Awww, yay :). Glad they get along - great bonding technique, by the way. I should try that with people I don't like on day...

Anyway, yay for another great chapter :D.

Author's Response: Thanks. That's the only way I could picture Scorpius gaining Lily's respect. By matching her in a prank way. Thanks for another review!

aaawww the ending of that was adorable!! i had to do a silent squeal because my mum was sleeping.

but that was lovely. especially that scorpius and ginny are getting along so well.

i love this so much!! keep it up my dear!
xx

Author's Response: Thanks so much for another great review. I'm glad you enjoyed this chapter so much. I had a lot of fun adding Scorpius into the mix.
