Wow. What a wonderful story. From the moment Harry mentions the mirror of Erised, I had my heart in my throat, knowing that Ginny would see Draco and not her new husband. But what a terrible thing for Ginny to have to experience! Knowing that her deepest desire to have a family with Draco can now never be fulfilled; that it was her own fault for not giving Draco a chance, instead choosing Harry due to thinking that life with him was the destined one, the right one.

Ginny's state of uncertainty about whether she made the right choice is expressed very well. I can see her trying to convince herself that Harry is the one for her, that Draco wouldn't ever be accepted by her family or friends, that her love for him was insignificant compared to her destined life with Harry.
It's just a brilliant story overall. I'm glad that I came across it. :)

Author's Response: Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! "...that her love for him was insignificant..." You got it exactly right!! That's really what this whole story is about. I'm so glad that it did come across the way I had hoped. I'm glad that you enjoyed the story (it's one of my favorites). :o) Thank you again, for the amazing review!! It's totally made my day and has me feeling all kinds of warm and fuzzy. :o)

awww this was so sad. Draco's part and Ginny's at the end touched me the most. Poor Draco, absolutely amazing story. Best I've read so far

Author's Response: Wow, thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the story even if it was a little sad. :o)

aaaaaaaaaaw
that's pretty sad... almost a tearjerker. I think if i'd had read all three parts at once I'd have been bawling though...
really well written, amazing story, even without a happy ending

Author's Response: Thank you so much!! I'm glad you liked it even without the happy ending. :o)

Ever thought of adding one more chapter years later with Gin talking to Ron about her and Draco? Oh well, it's a lovely story and I hope that you post more on the site.

Author's Response: No, actually, I hadn't thought about Ron's side... Though, unless I get bitten by a fantastic idea for it, it's unlikely that I will add anything further to this story. I'm glad that you enjoyed this story and I'm working on several other fics at the moment. Perhaps if something turns out well (and actually gets finished) I'll try to post it here. :o) Thanks again for the review!!

I love the ending, even though it is horribly sad. The whole story was nicely crafted. You gave just the right amount of detail, and I really like the contrasts between the two mirrors. Thanks for posting this!

Author's Response: Thank you so much for your kind review! I'm glad you enjoyed the story. I liked the contrast of the two mirrors as well. :o)

soooo painful, but I love it! OF COUSE the silly girl would only realize that she really wants Draco after she's married Harry. uh, a victim of her own self-righteous standards. I feel like this would be exactly why Ginny would end up with Harry in cannon.

Maybe there could be a sequel where Ginny runs off with Draco? :D

Author's Response: Personally, I think that Ginny knew she loved Draco all along but he never really did anything about it. He never told her he loved her; he started to, but it was too late at that point. She had already talked herself into doing what was expected of her. Maybe if he'd really tried she wouldn't have married Harry... I'm glad you enjoyed the story! Thank you so very much for the review!
