lol. That was both beautiful and adorable. I must say I also like the fact that Draco and Ginny didn't let the 'cinderella night' change their feelings for one another too drastically.
I swear you've made so many great decisions with the writing of this story. It's something to be commended.

well yay! I'm glad the ball went well =) eh there are times when I wish there were your type of charming, rich etc etc 'Draco Malfoys' around nowdays, but wishful thinking huh? Also would probably hope and pray that you wouldn't turn too buttery too soon if such man existed. It's been a really good seven chatpers so far and I'll be reading chapter 8 soon! :D
Author's Response: well, sometimes we need our Prince Charming, and that is what fiction is all about. Certainly, he might seem to be too good to be true but I love the fantasy of it. :)

I really like the way that you've portrayed the Malfoys in this fic. You've stayed remarkably inline with canon yet have built their characters up beautifully.
Author's Response: Something about the way they were written in DH really captivated me. There was more to them that wasn't said, and I've been playing with it ever since. This fic gave me the chance to get it out. So glad you liked it.

*sigh* That whole scene with Ginny getting dressed up for the ball is wonderful. It's every girl's dream and you've expressed Ginny's awestruck wonder at it all - and her handsome prince ;) - very well.
Hehe, it's silly, but when Draco was taking Ginny to the ball and flirting with her, it felt like all was right in the world. It's very cute.
She hoped she could get someone to take a picture so she could remember this.
*snorts* When I read this line, I thought that Ginny must be rather deluded in thinking that her hosting with England's most elegible batchelor wouldn't cause more than a few pictures in the papers. Hehe. She's going to get quite a shock.
She floated over the dance floor as if she were a young girl at her first ball.
Ginny's observation of Narcissa during the dancing was lovely. And I also particularly enjoyed reading that moment when Lucius and Narcissa said goodnight to their son.

Good chapter. You seemed to over analyze Draco's reasonings towards the end. It was unnecessary. Overall, wonderful job!
