Great story! I'm so enthralled it's (almost) pathetic. I especially loved the lift scene as a first interaction and the Beatrice/Benedick tie in. Can't wait for more :)

Author's Response: Sorry for the incredibly late reply! Thanks so much for taking the time to read and comment; I'm really glad you're enjoying the fic!

Oh my goodness! You have no idea how much it makes my day when you post a wonderful new chapter!

Author's Response: Yay, thank you! :)

Awesome, a new chapter, and even published on my birthday. ^^ I love your wide vocabulary and how the story just flows effortlessly onwards. :) I guess the only more critical thing that comes to my mind right now is that some paragraphs have stretched to be a tad too long, a bit heavy to read and out of proportion when looking at the chapter as a whole.

Author's Response: Mm, yes, I see your point about the uneven structure there; I'll try to be mindful of that in the future! Thank you for taking the time to read and review, and happy belated birthday!

I loved the ring! How Draco 'pretended' he actually cared what she thought. A nervous and unsure Draco is such a funny thing. Maybe this is a clue of how he'll someday be around Ginny? Too cute! Well done!

Author's Response: Thank you! Draco knows how to get things done. :)

Yay for another chapter! Haha, Draco is so brilliant. And the literature geek in me loved the mention of Much Ado About Nothing. Beatrice and Benedick really are quite similar to Draco and Ginny :) But are you hinting that Draco and Ginny will be manipulated the way Beatrice and Benedick were?

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad Draco's characterisation works for you. As for Beatrice and Benedick, well, I'm not familiar enough with the play to really draw deep parallels; it was really more of a throwaway nod to the kind of dynamic Draco and Ginny have. Meep.

So is Sarah really Ginny? If she's not I hope she pops up there for some reason; I love there interaction- very Much Ado About Nothing.

Author's Response: Ginny will make her presence felt in one way or another. *is cryptic* Thanks for taking the time to read and review.

so does that mean that it'll be ginny that he meets? i missed draco/ginny interaction. i really enjoy the bickering you give them. i really like the way this story is playing out. good job

Author's Response: Maybe, maybe not. I know Ginny isn't around as much as a lot of readers would like as of yet, but I'm getting there. Thanks for sticking with the story so far.

Author's Response: That dynamic certainly works well for them. :)

Who wouldn't be charmed by him? And I love Much Ado About Nothing. Great job!

Author's Response: Draco is a force to be reckoned with, no doubt. Thanks for taking the time to read and review!

haha. i don't know if i'll ever let anyone play me like that. haha. great job. update soon!

Author's Response: Heh, I'll send Draco over to test that theory, shall I? :) Thanks for taking the time to read and review!

That was such a good chapter! Your descriptions are perfect and hilarious. I particularly love the comparison of the housewives to internatonal politics and Draco's proficiency in French, haha. Fabulous job!

Author's Response: Thank you very much! I'm glad the humour worked for you; I wasn't sure if that whole bit with the housewives was veering too much out of the plot, so I'm really pleased you thought it was funny. :)

Excellent chapter, your portrayal of Draco is just a joy to read. He is, of course, snarky enough to remain in character but with a more developed side to him that is of your own making - I refer to things like the cleaning up after parties etc. An excellent chapter all round and funny, of course!

MTL

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm thrilled that the characterisation works for you and that the bits of backstory help it come along. Thank you for taking the time to read and review; I really appreciate your thoughtful comments!

I bet Ginny is Sarah Martin, what with the Beatrice and Benedick bit. =) Do update soon. Can't wait to find out what happens next.

Author's Response: Oh, mystery. :) Thanks for taking the time to read and review.

i need d/g interaction!! is it coming? hahaha. great chappie. i could just imagine the scene between draco and the receptionist. XD

Author's Response: Mm, soon? :/ It's a very Draco-centric story, so I know the D/G interaction thus far isn't as much as most readers would like, but thanks for sticking with the fic so far. :)
