Oh that warmed the cockles of my heart! The Blaise half of the chapter, at least. The other, first half continued the lovely irritation between Ginny and Draco. I like that Ginny is rather the uber-Gryffindor here, remaining closed-minded even while witnessing monumental moments in Draco's life. *g*

Author's Response: Hee! Those Gryffindors can be a bit thick, eh? :) Thanks for reviewing!

Oh I do love when I get to see Blaise brought into the mix-'What's mine is yours, except for girls, my toothbrush and my secret stash of Belgian chocolates'. The D/G interaction was great; I'm looking forward to more.

Author's Response: Thank you! Blaise is always fun to write. I'm glad you're enjoying the story so far!

Excellent attention to detail and character development. You've made the transition to freedom believable and the interactions between D/G and D/B are well crafted!

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm trying to get better at using descriptive language so I'm glad it's working out so far!

It's always a good thing when Blaise is brought into the mix. :) Their banter was wonderfully fast-paced and provided a good bit of comic relief. I loved the two lines regarding Draco's middle name. Leave it to Draco to avoid a question. I also enjoyed the interaction between Draco and Ginny -- the descriptions in that section were fantastic and I loved their tension. Great job! :D

Author's Response: Thank you! Blaise is such a blast, isn't he? :)

Blaise. Always amusing. Always. Now I see why you had such difficulty with him and Draco.

And I tend to have more elevenses than breakfasts, myself. ;)

Author's Response: Hee. They're impossible.

i will be waiting for the ensuing awkwardness and eventual hookup.

ahh! *sits eagerly and waits for the next chapter* When you say that he will get his possessions back, thats everything right? money, house (duh) etc. Wow. Welcome back to the rather lavish life, Draco.

Author's Response: Yep, everything. :)

So good! I loved the bits about "you know who doesn't like my face?" because it made me laugh- and I think the best part was when they went to shake hands, and the guard intervened. Bits like that always just make it so much more real. I'm digging this story like crazy, awesome work!

I really like this story so far, read all 3 chapters in one sitting :) It's a cool story, I don't think I've seen anything like it before. There are some really great moments in the writing and it's pretty funny given that the topic is serious. I think my favorite was Draco's pacing in his cell. Anyhoo, can't wait to read the rest and see how D and G get together!

Author's Response: Thank you very much! I'm glad you're enjoying it. I had originally intended to keep the tone of the fic serious, but I do have the tendency to write humour, so that's been seeping through even when I don't want it to!

What a surprise that Ginny is the one to spring him! And, belatedly, I realized that it probably should not have been a surprise. But I'm a tad bit slow, so it was. Haha. I can't wait to see what Draco does with his newfound freedom! And with Ginny at his disposal. :D

Author's Response: Hee. Originally I hadn't planned for her to be the one to get him out, but then I thought, heck, why not throw them together and make them both uncomfortable? :)

MUSIC, cute! Is that significant to the actual organization? I can't wait to see what they want Draco to do. :)

Author's Response: Heh, not really. I just needed the right mix of vowels and consonants that would make an acronym that wouldn't be too funny. :)

Heeheehee. "Thank god."

This chappy fits with the presidential pardons that are in the news these days. Did that help inspire you in any way?

Author's Response: I actually had that chapter written some time before the presidential pardons happened, but it's nice to be topical. :)

And so the plot thickens...nice chapter..do try to throw in a bit more emotion/feeling and please don't rush the story. I have a feeling it can be a really good one, if you take the time to put into it.

An update over the holidays, what a wonderful gift!!!! A great chapter. You did a great job describing Draco's feelings about possibly getting out of there. Wanting to hope, but afraid of the disappointment. I am sooo looking forward to how you progress with this story. I know I'm going to enjoy it.
