Wow. Angst accomplished.
How.. sad..? I'm angry I didn't ever really get to see them together, and completely sad at the mess of a life she's left with..
You are an interesting writer, you definitely have talent!

Author's Response: Ha, thanks. Yeah, but this kind of stuff happens to so many people, and we don't even realize it. Thank you, sincerely, for that wonderful compliment.

Wow. I don't know what to say. This is an amazing story. The emotions are palpable. You say at the start that angst is difficult to create, but I must add that you have most effectively achieved it in this fic.

At the start, many different scenarios went through my mind as to whether this was an AU with Draco and Ginny married -for why would the Weasley clan be there?- and wonder how and why Draco is a Death Eater still. I could have gone back to the summary page to check if it's an AU or DH-compliant, but I felt like I didn't want to know ahead of time, so I just kept reading the story instead. I'm rather glad that I did, as the piecing together of the puzzle ratcheted up the tension, IMO. Though, now that I think about it, the constant chiming of the clock enhances that tension also.

I particularly liked Blaise's memory, especially the part in which Draco reacts to Scorpius' comments about Ginny. Draco's fury and Blaise's frank acknowledgement of the truth was very well written. Well, also Hermione's recollection of Draco's final moment was a favourite part of mine.

I still wonder how the rest of the Weasleys came to know of Ginny and Draco's unique relationship and how they came to follow her to the hospital room.

This is a very unique story that is particularly moving. I hope to read more of your writing.

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I struggled with this story, actually, to create the best angst I could, but now that it's in my system, I can't seem to write anything else. I'm so glad you liked it, and those are actually the parts I worked hardest on, so thank you for the comment! I intended for Ron and Hermione to have informed the others as soon as they found Draco dead. Hope that clears it up!

Did she end up killing herself? Or did she decide to stay alive?...I like it! :D

Author's Response: No, she ended up alive. I went back and forth between the two dead-ends, but I decided that Ginny's a different person from that. Thanks so much!

wowwww.
that was deep.
and lovely.
and awesome.
:)
extremely enjoyable.
nice grammar. xD

it was soooo sad, though.
-tears-

i didn't really understand the part about ginny "still loving lily." what did that mean? at first i thought it meant lily was draco and ginny's child, but by the end i had disregarded that as a possibility, seeing as they did not engage in anything that would have created a child. help please?

lovely story altogether!

Author's Response: Thank you so much!
I'm glad you appreciated the grammar, I work particularly hard on that aspect.
I'm sorry it was sad! Lily is not Draco's, and the fact that Ginny still loved her daughter was intended to stress that Lily doesn't become second-rate to Ginny simply because of her relationship with Draco.
Thank you for the review, I'm glad you enjoyed the story!

I absolutely loved this story, your dapple in the angst genre was more than worth it! It might sound odd, but I found myself happy as I read this story. Generally I find angst stories very depressing (for obvious reasons), and the ending was that as well, but the love pouring from this story still gave me a somewhat giddy feeling as I read it. I believe that your style of writing and the way the you presented the many perspectives of Ginny and Draco's encounters all attributed to this goofy, bittersweet emotion of the fic.

Again, splendid fic! =D

Author's Response: Your reviews make me so happy! I don't find that odd, because I wanted it to be happy despite the horribly confused ending. Ginny and Draco had each other, and that's enough. Thanks for reading!

That was lovely. Thank you for that. So sad. One really feels Ginny's pain.

Author's Response: Aw, you're welcome! I'm glad you can feel it, because it's definitely there. Thanks for the review!

This story is incredibly original and I enjoyed it immensely. Perhaps because I can really relate with Ginny's situation. Or maybe because it was very well written. Good Work! Thanks for sharing your talent!

Author's Response: Thank you loads! Do you really? I hope not, and I'm sorry if something like this has happened to you, it's pretty horrible from what I see in my story. Thank you for such high praise!

Oh my god, this is amazing. If you found it difficult to create this angst then you must have had a very hard time indeed writing this story, because every word aches with sorrow. Really well done and well written. Congratulations on a job well done.

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm interested to hear that, and I appreciate the feedback. Thanks again.

This story is so sad. I had to fight back the tears. It is very well written and really develops the characters.

Author's Response: I sincerely apologize for making you sad, but inside, I'm pretty happy, because that means I wrote well. Ha! Thank you!
