You may not be happy with this chapter, but I certainly am. I'm so glad Draco told Ginny what was wrong instead of just letting her know she was fired. Most stories always take the cliche route, and get Ginny and Draco mad at each other over miscommunication. Anyways, this story is the opposite of cliche. It's one of the most original and witty fanfictions I have ever read. You're simply brilliant. =)
My favourite part was:
"He did it for that. The genuine smile and compliment. He endured the physical pain because, in the end, she honestly seemed to care that he accomplished his task."
All together now, Awww, Draco!

ooooh lovely. i lost sight of this story for a while, so it was a fabulous surprise seeing it in the most recent section today. great story. well written! i can't wait for the next installment :)

I love this story. keeps getting better and better. Ginny must have the old song in her head STAND BY YOUR MAN.. loving it.

Yay! I was overjoyed to see a new chapter of your intriguing story come out. I really do love the premise of this fic and really like the way that everything is slowly unfolding.
You can definitely see the hints of D/G romantic feelings slowly creeping up and I also like that the attraction is not purely physical (especially from Ginny's end). I think the characters have really demonstrated their admiration for each other's determination and motivation which makes for a stronger bond in my opinion.
Loooking forward to seeing more interesting developments!

Loved the line, eat your vegetables, this is the first chubby! Draco story i've ever read and it's quite good:)
Author's Response: Not quite sure how I got inspired for this, except I was trying to find a way to make Draco a bit out of the ordinary. I love how much of his mother comes through, without ever having her directly in a single scene. LOL. Thanks very much for the compliment. :)

Thrilled with the update. I'd just been craving another dose of this great story. I think it was brilliant. Really brought home Draco's hard work and committment and i like how ginny gained respect for him. Loved it!

Have I told you how much I love Draco in this story? He's so 'human' and endearing, not gorgeous and perfect (although I do love 'Sex God' Draco, too). Edwina, Narcissa and of course Ginny are doing there best to take care Draco.
There interaction is perfect, still very professional- even though Draco likes looking at Ginny's arse. The attraction is slowly building. Thank you for the update.
Author's Response: I sort of think of Draco as a grumpy, cuddly teddy bear in this fic. He needs his girls to look after him. :D

I've really enjoyed this novel approach to the usual D/G story and look forward to seeing how future chapters unfold.
My favourite bits are:
Draco not being the perfect 'sex god'!
Draco and Ginny starting their relationship on a professional footing
Narcissa's involvement in the 'conspiracy'

I have to say that I love reading this story! I love chubby, childish, scared of Ginny, Draco. It's so funny to read a story about their relationship and dieting. And it's particularily fun to read about Draco struggling with maintaining his proper weight instead of it being a girl, who are quite notorious for obsessing over it. I feel viciously pleased. Keep up the good work!
