Zee plot thickens! ;) I love how Ginny just rolls with the punches. Saucy girl. Nicely inserted backstory, although I'm *really* curious about Theo and this revenge Draco and Ginny seek. You are the Queen of Mystery! *shakes fist* Excellent writing, as usual. :)
Author's Response: Thanks! Yes, there's an interesting backstory about exactly what happened with Theo, Draco and Ginny (Harry, Millicent, Luna, and Pansy also being involved more indirectly. Even when we learn more, all will not be exactly as it may at first seem. But answers are on their way... and, um... I don't know if you would have predicted what you were exactly getting us all in for with that prompt. But let's just say that there will be more soon. :)

I am always amazed by how effortless your writing seems, Anise. I hope one day to be as eloquent as you. ;A;
I love the mystery involved with this story so far, and Draco and Ginny's chemistry is undeniable. :D I also really like how Draco doesn't shame Ginny for her line of work and Ginny doesn't feel any shame either!! That would have been an easy/cliche route to take in Ginny and Draco's interaction. I'm all for the sex positivity in this piece so far. Can't wait to read more! :D
Author's Response: Oh, I don't know... (blushes) but thanks. :) There's a LOT more on its way... okay, here's an eentsy cookie crumb... there's a scene in Chap 3 with Millicent that made me snicker all the way through writing it. Furniture is involved. That is all I will say.

I loved this chapter. Ginny's emotions in the first part of it were so genuine and though she forces herself to believe that he doesn't care about her at all, we can see that there's more going on in his heart too. And of course his brilliant plan had to involve sex.Ha ha.
And I'm relly intrigued what really happened with the blackmail and other staff. Can't wait for more!
Author's Response: Thanks! :) Yes, I think you've picked up on some of the emotions involved... they're both going to be struggling with their genuine feelings for each other, which I don't think is really giving anything away. And yep, it's safe to say that Draco's brilliant plan involves sex. :P I am ABSOLUTELY going to hell for posting the next chapters!!! ;)

I love Ginny's thoughts in this chapter, about pushing them in the river and the "I still haven't said I'd do it!" A little bit of humor in an otherwise dark-feeling, mysterious story. Can't wait for the next chapter. :)

If there was an author who could do this prompt justice, it'd be you. ;) Really intriguing start here. You're very good at inserting all these points of interest for the plot right from the get go. Can't wait for chapter 2 to see how these two interact and what answers we'll get. I'm also loving your choice of name for the shop - Saucy Shoppe of Salacious Delights just rolls right off the tongue.
Author's Response: Thanks! I did a lot of work on this fic today, AND a few pieces of art for it... sigh... they started out looking so nice and innocent, and then, well, it kind of all went to hell once Draco and Ginny ended up in the dungeon *underneath* Athena's... Anyway, more soon! :)

Like always, I read an Anise fic and I always tell myself that it will be alright and I can get through this chapter without squealing my pants off and yearning for the next.

Intriguing beginning! I am really a sucker for stories that illustrate a past between D and G, and one that is set in a Muggle time and place is all the more fascinating. Ginny seems more intimidated by the idea of seeing Draco than she does seeing Theo, which is interesting because it seems to me that Theo is the villain of the piece. I'm excited to see where this goes!
Author's Response: Thanks! :) Well... once we know more about the Nott connection, we'll see why Ginny is more irritated than intimidated by him (at least as far as the reasons she now thinks she knows.) I'm working on this one, even though... I'll be honest, it's been hard to write anything for the past couple of days. But D/G is getting me through it all! :)

Wow, this is off to a great start. I like the way the past dealings between Ginny, Draco and Nott were hinted at, not to mention why Ginny is hiding amongst muggles. There's nothing like a good mystery to make a story interesting.
Author's Response: Thanks! :) The reason why Ginny fled the Muggle world aren't actually that complicated-- they'll be revealed in the next chapter-- but the past incidents involving Nott are a mess. We will eventually learn all! ;)

Hahaha! The opening was brilliant! I was giggling like a school girl throughout.
I was so hoping you would choose this prompt and you have done more than justice to it. The details of the toys were impressive and amusing. Hehe. I have to say, though, I really enjoyed the intrigue you added. And that Theo is in this! He's an underused character and it's nice to see him being used slightly villainous. That's ever rarer.
I can't wait to see where you take this. I hope there's more sex shop exploits to come. ;D
Author's Response: Thanks! :) I don't think it actually started with intrigue... but then Theo showed up, he insisted on being the villain, and I learned a lot of the backstory of what happened to Draco and Ginny the year before. Also--
