So glad to see a new author on FIA! :) This is a really good start. I like the way that the situation is set up, and it's also believable. We really don't know whether or not the magical world had royalty or nobility-- it certainly isn't spelled out in canon, and as far as I know, it was never given out in extra-canon information, either. (Although I'm kind of at the point where I'm over that, most of the time... :P If royalty does exist, it's logical that the Malfoys would be it. Looking forward to more!

Interesting but why nobody would hire her? She was never stupid in the books and must have graduated with pretty good NEWTs?
Author's Response: It's incredibly hard to get a job if you have little experience, even at a cafe. Tons of people graduate with good degrees and good grades but can't get a job in their field.

Ooooh. I see a mostly arranged marriage to a Weasley in Draco's future! I'm interested to see how this alternate universe is developed. How will Draco rule? What exactly will he rule over? Your Draco seems very mature and level-headed, which of course makes him a great candidate for the throne, even if he wasn't the only candidate! ;)

Author's Response: Thank you so much for your review! It made my day! I really appreciate your suggestions about capitalizing things like Mum and Father, etc. That completely slipped my mind. I've been changing that in all of my stories! As for your questions, you'll see! ;)
