OH MY GOD! I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT I DID NOT SEE IT COMING! BLOODY HELL!!!
The plot thickens! I am always waiting for the next chapter. This story is fascinating and has me on my toes. That moment between them was so fucking hot! Also, poor Ginny and her Weasley fertility, lol! I feel pity yet amusement. :D

I somehow knew she would get preggo! And I think this pregnancy will be different from her first one. Cuz the FATHER is there.

Yes, they need this little help to bond. (when Ginny decides to tell him the truth, that is).
I've always imagined Draco and Ginny's relationship that way, they take two steps forward, then one step back. The pregnancy will force them to cooperate, to help each other.

The funny thing is Ginny did not take any precautions! She would have never think of having to carry Malfoy's baby given EVERYTHING. And the irony is she is an ace potion master!

The chemistry is shifting between our most favourite couple.
I want Draco and James to interact more. Their meetings are cute and funny in a weird way XD
* Personal wish: I want James to support Draco or like him more, or just want him as his dad when Harry will be back which he'll be obviously. (from whichever hell-hole he is in).
Author's Response: Indeed, it is! Things are warming up! They started to acknowledge their connection, even it's solely based on lust right now. (or so they think)
How could I deny a wish of yours? There will be more interactions between Draco and James, I promise.

I am sorry for the last review.
They just only had to tell Ginny and made the strongest vow. That's it. I mean they are not like regular humans! They would be compelled to keep it a secret.

In my mind, the reason they didn't tell Ginny anything isn't linked to the fact that she wouldn't have kept the secret Harry was alive. I'm pretty sure she would, as Ginny is extremely reliable and loyal.
I think Ron and Hermione's decision has more to do with the fact that they know - as we do - that Ginny would wait for Harry as long as it was necessary. And what chance of happiness and safety would she have, being stuck with someone who might never wake up again?
Certainly, it wasn't their decision to make and they were extremely pretentious and sneaky, like good martyrs they are.
But, when they weren't in the books, right? Especially Ron (and Harry himself)

NO ONE has the right to judge Ginny. Not her family, her friends, the good side, ANYONE.
Ron is a great friend but he has failed as a brother and an uncle.
No matter how bad things are, just telling Ginny that Harry is alive, would have been okay.
No excuse here!
Even as a writer if you want to present a side for the Trio, I will not agree with you.
I am officially done with the trio.
Author's Response: I totally understand you, I swear. And that was my intention, to show the golden trio is also formed by humans and that they will make mistakes and screw things up.
But don't be upset. Think that it was Ron and Hermione's actions (and later Harry's, I suppose) that will make Ginny get even closer to Draco.
And you're right too! No one has the right to judge Ginny! Maybe Draco, who was her victim, but she did her best with the information she had at the time.

Author's Response: Funny thing, you were not the first one to mention the fact that this chapter is shorter. I thought it was curious since this story has 14 chapter and 6 of then are shorter than this one hahaha.
Maybe because there are only two major scenes, indeed. Our brain is amusing haha.
Yes, there will be the consummation in the next chapter. You know me already, I really dont feel confortable writing that kind of scene! But I gave it my best and I tried not to be very graphic. It's harder because it was kind of wild, haha

I feel sad for Narcissa. Though I would like the Malfoys to acknowledge their innate faults as well in the far future, you know? Also Weasleys. I know they are these light side people and all but they also have their follies as well.

About the Malfoys: I don't intend to change their nature - I don't know if that is the right word to use but I think you can get the idea - but they will have to recognize that these elitist ideals are such a mess! That won't do, Draco and Narcissa! Sorry not sorry haha The world has changed, baby!
Now about the Weasleys ... Well, this is a part I'm really excited to get to. They are the good guys, right? But they kicked A LOT OF THINGS into the long grass. Heavy things.

Author's Response: Ginny ... Well, she's a different story altogether. I never liked Bonnie Wright. Maybe because
1 - I never liked her as an actress - I think she was the worst choice considering everyone cast.
2 - I didn't like (hated, in fact) the way they treated Ginny in the movies and this bad feeling ended up being transferred to the actress.
It's not rational, I know, but what can I do? Nobody is perfect.
When I'm writing Ginny, I always think of Karen Gillan's image. I think she would be my perfect Ginny, even though she’s not that young.
But considering that GInny in Ashen is 23, 24 yo, I think it's a ok choice.
I already told you that I LOVE your comments, right? The next chapter is coming, my dear!

I visualize Draco and Ginny as actual people sometimes (please tell me I am not the only one! Or it will be so awkward).
Tom Felton is great. No doubt. But I am thinking about it from book's pov and with that a fresh cast.
I think for Ashen Draco can be...have you watched American Horror Story Apocalypse and/or 1984? In Apocalypse the guy who played AntiChrist? I forgot his role in AHS 1984 though. If you have not seen any of these, then you can look for the actor's real name, Cody Fern. Let me know what you think? ^ ^
And for Ginny...I am still not sure. I have not seen a lot of red head actresses lol. Can you suggest, who you imagine?

I do picture the characters when I'm writing and, especially, when I'm reading a book. It's part of the whole experience, I think.
In general, I usually visualise Tom Felton as Malfoy. I think he was the perfect casting! But when I stray from his image or need someone a little older, Boyd Holbrook always comes to mind, I don't know if you know him.
I think it has to do with the fact that I don’t imagine Draco - no character in this story, actually, as someone stunning (except for Blaise, maybe)
This brings me to your suggestion. I didn't know Cody BUT MY GOD THAT MAN IS BEAUTIFUL. Really, I googled him and I looked at the screen for 30 seconds no stop. I'm a little bit intimidated haha
I can't think of him as Draco precisely because I can't imagine Malfoy being that pretty.

Author's Response: The Weasleys are right! Ginny's attitudes are sure to complicate things A LOT.
The problem is... COnsidering her situation, Ginny is right as well. It was not the most honorable attitude, in fact. But in Ginny's case, the end justifies the means.
The fact she’s not perfect - nor does she claim to be - makes her so real to me. I know several Ginnys in my life and that just makes me relate with her even more. I think she has such inherently feminine characteristics - her strength, her perseverance, her optimism. She falls, but always rises stronger. And she has no choice but to move on. Really, I love her BUT her life will not be easy because of her own choices.
Ohhhh JAMES IS PERFECT. To me, it's very difficult to write children, but with him things flow easily. NO ONE WILL HURT MY BABY

Anyway, jokes apart, it will be very hard for Ginny to keep contact with the Resistance and her family.
She is depending on those literal loopholes but she should have kept in mind that she is marrying Draco. Not any regular Death eater. How she gonna keep the respect of the Malfoy's name and help her people will be one of the most important elements of this story now! At least I believe so!

Yes, that will be the most complicated for Ginny from now on. How to deal with her individual interests and her family interests? There is a great conflict ahead.

And he values his family name ardently. If Ginny steps out of line, he will have no mercy.

Blaise is awesome!
He is a good friend! Even if he claims otherwise, but he is! I think he is looking after Draco and Ginny. He actually cares about them and knows that they are really lonely.
