Whooaa!!! I guess here is where Ginny saves his life!!! I can't wait!! But first I have a really long review to give. Because.....whoa!!! Wow! What a chapter! You started with a climax, and it just kept on going. First the GREAT argument between Draco and Ginny--I love a good argument--then you went straight to the explosion, then two that beautiful, conflicted scene where they're staring into each others' eyes and forgetting to hold scowls on their faces. Lovely. But back to that argument. This was even better than the one in the Potions closet because neither gets the better of the other. Both are hurt--and that's just the way it is in arguments, isn't it? Both have their wounds cut open, both got in some good shots. I loved it. And just as great was Draco's horrible attempts to get Ginny out of his mind....I loved when he screamed at himself in the corridor. It all seems so natural, the only way I could really ever see D/G happening in canon. And another great moment was when he thinks he must be so focused on Ginny because he "subconsciously" recognized something in her that would further his ambitions. That was hysterical, and so very Slytherin, and so very very Draco. The only complaint I have is that you tend to get too sappy at times...like all the hugs between Ginny and her friend, and Seamus being so distraught over what's-her-name and Ginny saying "she sends you her love." Blech.
