My account has been locked. What does this mean?
Solution
Don't panic! Typically when an account has been locked it is because we've received email bounce-back notifications indicating that your email address is invalid. Since we have no way of contacting you, we lock the account as a way of prompting you to contact us. Please submit a support ticket to discuss the matter.
