Born a Leo in the year of the Dragon, I love adventure. Hobbies include flying (pilot since 1999) and karate instructor. Really.

I love romance stories, but not smut for smut's sake. My stories tend to be hopeful and I love a strong female character, which is why I like Ginny, or at least what she's intended to be: a little tomboy-ish, and just a wee bit influenced by the twins.

My stories here definitely reflect my growth as a writer. Clearly, my older work has some flaws and every time I re-read them, I feel compelled to correct small things. Nevertheless, they still have a charm and rather good plots. It's rather fun to see that I've actually gotten better over time, and hope to continue to do so, so feedback, especially of the constructive kind, is most appreciated.

Comments: Just a cute, feel good kind of story. I laugh out loud every time I read the line about six year old Ginny kissing the frog.. :)

Comments: Yeah, gotta add it to favorites. This is a story to go back to when I'm having a bad day. It's just too adorable. Hope you write more with Pansy. She's awesome.

Santa Malfoy by Boogum    (Reviews - 5)

Draco Malfoy hated Christmas, so why was everyone calling him Santa Claus?

~~*~~

"Do you think it's Santa?" a voice whispered from the shadows.

"He doesn't look like Santa," a snotty voice retorted. "Santa is supposed to be fat and bearded and wear red suits. This man looks like a skinny rat. And he doesn't have a beard."

"A skinny rat?" Draco mouthed to himself, feeling his ire rise.

"But he did come through the chimney," the first voice insisted. "I heard him."

"Well, if that's Santa, then I must be a flying reindeer."

Comments: I look forward to every chapter of this. The conflict Ginny faces is incredible, seeing Draco as a person with two very distinct parts to his personality by being both a cold-blooded killer and a loving husband/father makes him delightfully interesting and complicated.

The Lush Life by Vesanmyn    (Reviews - 657)

A Vesica/Mynuet Collaboration. If Ginny had even the slightest inkling of what the day would bring, she probably would have called in sick. A disastrous press conference proved to be no match for the spin doctoring talents of Lush's chief and Ginny finds herself catapulted from being a lowly intern to the very eye of the storm, living a double life as a careerwitch and glamorous front woman for a racy new line. Throw in a few A-list events, a few dozen crises, an endless promotional tour with her new co-worker and the last person she wanted to spend time with, and a mystery waiting back home that neither of them may be able to solveā€¦.Every day's an adventure when you're living the Lush Life!

The Visible Invisible by Emeral_eyes    (Reviews - 116)

*Complete* "There are hundreds of invisible people in the world – the ones that you would never notice. You can see them, because they are there, but you don’t SEE them really. I realized that night that I was invisible." When you feel invisible, you'd do anything to have someone really see you; the way you've always wanted to be seen. But if the only person who actually sees you is the last person you'd ever expect it to be, what do you do? [Post Hogwarts]

Comments: I read this years ago, and it was one story that always captured my imagination - unlike many that just fade into the sea of similar plotlines. This story had a wonderfully original premise. I loved how it incorporated the magical world.
