I'm completely torn at the moment. I saw that the story's not complete, so I'm happy, because I'm still clinging onto that small speck of hope that makes Ginny and Draco have a happy ending, no dying (on either of their parts!) involved.
But, I have also just seen the last time the story was updated, and it's so sad to know that a story as wonderul as this one might not end up completed...
Whatever happens, just know that I loved it. It's one of the most fantastic fics I've read and you deserve to have all of us bowing down at your feet. Congratulations!
What does Draco do once he goes home? This fic picks up at the end of OoTP on the train. Draco will discover that all that he thought was right is not necessarily so, and that whom you love is not always your choice. Begins with Draco paired with someone other than Ginny, but be patient, as they are meant to be! I'm a pretty big- okay, HUGE- fan of this story, and reading a new chapter just determines what an excellent story you've created.
And Draco, ohhhh, Draco. I just love him so very much. The scene where he's giving Ginny a choice and the one where he tells her that, if she wants, she can cross the ballroom hand in hand with him for everyone to see, you just had me open mouthed. The way Ginny just brushed it off, oblivious to the fact that Draco WANTED her to do it, wanted to basically declare his love for her in front of everyone, wanted her to be with him... I think it was my favourite moment in the whole chapter.
Love this story, and am silently praying you don't have another writer's block so that hopefully, can update soon.
