And in the darkness bind them.Category: Completed Short Stories
I loved the quote at the end! It just. Fit so beautifully with the story. "What he deserves is a place by his father's side, but apparently he hasn't lived up to even those expectations." That was a great line. I really enjoyed reading this from the different perspectives you offered. I also enjoyed your powers of description:) Great stuff!
Ginny waits anxiously for Draco to return home.Category: Completed Short Stories
Ahh...what a bitter sweet tale! A great read, though:)
When Ginny completes her fifth year at Hogwarts, she is whisked off to Romania to stay at Hydes, the dragon reservation, where she finds none other than Draco Malfoy. Talents are discovered and friendships are forged.Category: Long and Completed
Wow! What a set up. I liked how Malfoy was worked in. And Dragons! It's so nice to see something new in fanfic.
This reminds me a bit of a Pern book by Anne McCafferey. I am really enjoying this! It seems to be very well thought out, and plotted out! I like the background that we got on the Dragon Council and its hierarchy.
Very good! A minor nitpick...Draco is studying for N.E.W.T.S and so is Ginny? Ginny is a year behind him. Did I read it wrong, or did Hermione put her on a study schedule that plans years in advance?:)
And studdenly the stupefy comes out of nowhere surprising even me, the reader, who was so sure Draco was going to get through asking Ginny something important all in one go:)
A fantastic read! Very well written. I loved the action, adventure and the pacing of the story. I also enjoyed reading it straight from Ginny's point of view. And you used Ginevra, rock on:)
COMPLETE! When Draco Malfoy overhears Ron Weasley saying something about a mirror that apparently showed him a glimpse of the future, he is determined to find this mirror and use it to aid Lord Voldemort. But things don’t always go as we plan, do they? Written mostly from Draco’s POV, this fic will include mysterious spells, transfer students, strange and interesting new plants, problem parents, OotP members, occlumency, Draco Malfoy with attitude, Ginny Weasley with even more attitude -- and at least one person gets kissed! Ships include D/G, R/Hr.Category: Long and Completed
Draco was fantastically written in this chapter. Great line --> "green-eyed, bespectacled freak of nature" Classic Draco! I liked being able to follow his train of thought. It was very realistic and very canon. I'm off to read more!
Another great chapter! There were so many fantastic lines in this chapter that there is not enough room for me to quote them all. I'm not sure what you are setting up, but I like it! I am enjoying seeing Hogwarts through the eyes of Draco Malfoy. And I love how those random thoughts of Ginny just sneak up on him out of nowhere!
I loved the Slytherins bickering at the table. That scene rocked.
I think you have set Ginny and Draco up very realistically.
Ane before I forget...this Micheal kid. Wow, am I ever curious about him! I don't normally go for transfer student fics but you've worked him in so artfully, he's gone right under my radar! There is something about him though, and I'm wondering if it has to do with the cliffhanger you've left us with!
Author's Response: Ivy - Thanks! Glad you like the story. Stay tuned, because things are really going to start happening. It's fun to write about the unknown lives of Slytherins (such as the table scene); JKR tells us so little about them, you can pretty much make it all up (within reason)! ;)
I am so behind on the times when it comes to reading and reviewing:) Hopefully tonight I can remedy that situation! I love love love how Lucius can go out and about. Unique concept:) Off to read more!
"She merely accepted Ginny’s contrite apology and went on with her afterlife." Oh, Myrtle!! Great line!
On a mission to find a cure to save his mother, Draco must find a way to manipulate Ginny and her unique gift of premonitions. Their adventures send them from England to Egypt, from Asia to the the Americas and also has them team up with the most unlikely of people.Category: Works in Progress
Great set up!
I love Ginny's job description. Colin was a nice touch, as well.
Looking forward to what happens next.
Author's Response: Thanks so much!
A Hogwarts tradition draws to a close.Category: Completed Short Stories
"That MY desk is, is, is being profaned by every dunderhead that happens to talk a girl out of her knickers?" I loved that line. Made the mistake of drinking tea while reading it:)
Loved the names of the twins:) And I enjoyed the first chapter, as well! Just didn't stop reading long enough to comment on it!
There's a new race residing in the Forbidden Forest; when Ginny Weasley ends up in their custody, things begin to change for her, and also for the Malfoys. Meanwhile, war rages on.Category: Works in Progress
Have I reviewed this before? If not, shame on me! Very intriguing set up. Can't wait to read more!
Wow! I did NOT expect Dumbledore to react like that!! Some awesome lines in this chapter, too many to quote:)
Ginny disappears after making Draco fall in love with her, and no one but him remembers that she ever existed. He wants her back, and enlists any help he can get in order to find her.Category: Works in Progress
Awww, so bitter sweet. I liked Draco in this, and the power Ginny had over him.
