Draco broods; Ginny decides to help; Harry gets a shock.Category: Completed Short Stories
cute.
do you, by any chance, watch the tv show LOST? i thought i recognized a quote or two.
Author's Response: I do watch. But there\'s no way quotes from that show are in my fic. I wrote this in 2001, before the show ever aired. Unless they\'re copying *me*!
Something different.Category: Completed Short Stories
Finding this fic was a happy accident. I see it was written nearly five years ago, but I just wanted to tell you how absolutely wonderful it was. (This is the part where I squee a lot. Can you tell I am both a connoisseur or fluff and the theatre?) Absolutely beautiful, very realistic as well. It seemed like an excerpt from a conversation two friends of mine have on a regular basis, it was all very natural and funny at the same time. When you first mentioned all of the traits like courage and honesty creeping in from offstage, I got really happy about it. You blended comedy with some really beautiful prose and I enjoyed it immensely. Thank you for writing this, even if my gratitude is five years too late.
The things that will make your beta (and you better have one)'s life easier, the things that some members of the Cabal might be too tactful to tell you, and the things that make or break a D/G fic...Category: Essays
Wow. I just have to say thank you. Do you know how many writers you have just helped? Myself included, and I don't particularly see myself as a "bad writer". Well done. You gave some very useful advice and I'm sure you may have stopped more than one "plebe", "MarySuethor" or "Troll", as you put it. Thanks again!

NOOOOO. She can't die! You wouldn't! Well, I hope you wouldn't. You had better not! Where will the story go if Ginny's dead? What's going to happen? AHHHHHH. Okay, I'm getting way too worked up over this. *calms down* well, that was an exciting chapter. can't wait to read more!
Again, almost peed myself. I really should look into wearing diapers when I go online...
Where did the tree go? Bellatrix took it, didn't she? I just KNEW Ginny had the missing piece of Draco's soul. And I KNEW it was Andrew Robbins. Oooh, I feel very special. heehee. Oh, I can't wait to see where this is going. Thanks for the update!
-Emily
*SQUEE* I almost peed myself when I saw
that you had updated. I can't even explain to you how much I love this fic.

Whoa. That was crazy. I JUST finished reviewing the last chapter and then I go to the home page, and there's ANOTHER chapter. Crazy, eh? Well, I have to say, I'm very glad Ginny's not dead. I think that might just ruin the story a bit, how about you? Well, I have to say, I'm really enjoying this fic. It keeps me guessing and I think you're an amazing writer. (I'm not obsessed with your fics or anything though...*ahem*...no way) I'd ay this is right up there among my favorite fics though. YAY. So I know you just finished saying that this is the last chapter for awhile, but how long is "a while", exactly? Like, say...a few hours? haha. Just kidding. Take your time and make the next chapters as good as these last few have been!
-Emily
oooh. another good one. Can't wait until the next chapter. Why does Ginny feel like she "has to" sleep with Harry? And is it just me, or is Bella uber-scary in this fic? I mean, she's often portrayed as evil and sex-crazed and rather strange, but honestly, she kind of freaks me out. *shudder* It's not a bad thing. You write her well.
awww...when are they actually going to meet again? It's terrible. I love it. LET DRACO OUT OF AZKABAN...please?
duhn-duhn-duuhhhhhhhn! Okay, so my attempt at dramatic music is rather crap, but the point is, I really, really like this. To the point where it keeps me up at night, imagining what will happen next, and analyzing every bit of what you've alreayd written...okay, maybe that was a lie. But I can't wait for your next update!
-Emily
eeep eeep eeeeep. Whats going to happen? I have no idea. Well, I've got ideas, of course, but actually reading it is much better. eeep, I can't wait.

Loved the last line, it made the fic for me hehehe.
