this fic is intriguing and very well written. ive just read it through and i thought you handled the rape scene very well. you were graphic without being explicit. it had the potential (in my opinion) to ruin your fic as it is such a serious subject and pivotal plot development. i really enjoy the banter that draco and ginny have and the connection to hogwarts and the trust they began building there. i also like your severus and the relationship between he and ginny. he is actually a 3-D character and done well which is rare. i loved the line from him, “oh shes going molly.” fantastic fic. update soon. accolades *salutes*
Author's Response: Sorry it took me so long to respond to your thoughtful review. It really calms my mind to know that I was able to get the point across without being too nasty about the issue. Severus is a peach, ain\'t he? Please don\'t tell him I said that! I am hoping to take up my Snape/OFC (NOT Hermione) this summer. I LOVE writing Severus! He can be such a challenge. You want to keep to canon, but we have to remember that Snape of the HP world is given to us through the eyes of children. That does give us some room to play with his character, but we cannot move too far away from the depiction of JKR. Trick-sie, it is. Very trick-sie, my preciousssss.
