Draco Malfoy. Hero and Villain. Auror and Death Eater. Friend and Enemy of Harry. Husband of Ginny. Servant of Voldemort; and the last hope of humanity. How did this come to pass?Category: Works in Progress
Oh my gosh, please update soon! I have NO idea where you'll take this and I am betting you intended it that way but I absolutely LOVE this! My head is still spinning with overloaded curiosity! Great job!
After Harry’s death, Ginny Potter fled the wizarding world. Now, ten years later, she has returned and has to face her family, the press, and the prospect of a new romance.Category: Long and Completed
This was a wonderful story. The characterizations were incredibly spot on and the story itself was brilliant. The idea of her meeting Draco after being married to Harry is one I have heard before, but never have I seen it written so carefully and beautifully. I especially loved Draco's understanding, Ginny's character development, the pace of the plot, and of course how well you incorporated the idea of the press into a realistic fashion that still influenced the characters. Everything in this was just perfect, I love that Ginny worked in a muggle clinic and that both she and Draco though the other was a muggle at first, which says a lot about just how far he's come. My absolute favorite part was this epilogue when Evan gave her the box. Absolutely beautiful. You're writing is lovely and yes, I did tear up quite often. A beautiful romance that is as real and believable as ever! Wonderful and thanks so much for sticking with this story to the end and finishing such a big story, it was fantastic!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm very happy that you enjoyed my story, and especially that you took the time to tell me what you liked about it. I really appreciate it!
Ginny Weasley is sent to stay with her grandparents until the war ends, as her parents want to keep her out of harm's way. Her grandparents have another guest, another person in hiding, and a relationship quickly blossoms between them. However, with the war and so many secrets around them, Ginny isn't sure how to make it work. Fluffy occasionally, but things can't always be perfect, can they? Decisions have to be made and consequences dealt with.Category: Works in ProgressFor a fleeting moment, she imagined that they would never hear from their families again, that they would remain together in Tuscany until they were old and gray, with great-grandchildren. Much to her surprise, the thought didn’t make her as sad as she thought it should.
I loved this! I've been waiting for an update to this story for AGES and it's finally here! Great job!
Author's Response: thank you so much. i'm almost done with the next chapter too! a shocker, i know. thanks for continuing to read!
Um... Draco is evil. And that was kind of disturbing. I felt terrible for Ginny. He practically tried to rape her. :(
Author's Response: draco definitely isn't evil, he's just draco malfoy and i wanted to get a bit of the canon character in here. don't worry, when i said this story was fluffy, that meant happy endings all around. just with alot of road blocks.
Draco Malfoy watched his wife twirling around the room with her brother, Bill, a dazzling smile plastered on her thin face. Her laughter rang out and he couldn’t help the smile that overtook his face. She was so beautiful. So beautiful and so unequivocally his. He could hear her breathing was still slightly ragged from her impromptu dance with Bill. He frowned. She was getting weaker.Category: Long and Completed
This was a beautiful story and I absolutely loved it! Everything was great! I'd never thought about Ginny being hurt by Voldemort's death, it was very original and i love how you have Ginny's book of letters encouraging Draco to go on. Every part was absolutely perfect! Now I'm going to reread it, ;)
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it and I hope you enjoy it a second time around. Cheers. :)
Category: Long and CompletedRomance for three couples when Blaise and Luna use Shakespearean styled matchmaking to hook up Ginny and Draco. There's Much Ado about...something!
Nominated for a Quicksilver Quill award for Best Romance- Non Canon on Mugglenet* Written before the HBP, this tale presents an alternate sixth year in which Dumbledore lives, Draco is more than a foil to Harry, and Blaise Zabini is a girl. I hope readers who ship Draco/Ginny will enjoy the story which includes dancing with faeries, Celtic and Norse mythology, school holidays in London and Spain, and loads of fantasy and romance. "Is this a kissing book?" (to quote the Princess Bride) Yes, it is.*
"For the next few hours, 'Creevey' wasn't taking shite from anyone." --> Best line I've ever read. I was cracking up! ;)
It wasn’t ever supposed to happen like this. I never considered myself the kind of girl who would split up a friend and her boyfriend. But sometimes, what seemed so wrong can suddenly seem so right. What happens when we stubbornly ignore our morals, in order to keep ourselves blissfully happy, if only for a short time?Category: Completed Short Stories
I really love how she turned her back on her relationship with them. I don't care how much I like D/G, I love that Ginny had the spine to do the right thing and get out.
It started with a simple demand - "Stop glaring at me!" - and somehow escalated into long discussions regarding lost causes, the ugly sides of individualism and the uses of spatulas in causing possible mental damage. As the notes and the mutual detentions continues, the long-time rivals might just find more between the lines than the wonders of spatulas.Category: Completed Short Stories
I LOVED this! My sister and I read it out loud together cuz I took one look at the first letter and was like "ALLISON, COME HERE NOWWWW!" We laughed ourselves silly! So GOOOOD! Oh and as a P.S. (so fitting with your story lol) This is an absolute tongue-twister to try and read aloud. Their insults are so insanely perfect and a horror to try and say out loud! Love this to DEATH!
*DH Spoilers* For Severus Snape, who should have had a chance with the girl he loved.Category: Completed Short Stories
And for Draco and Ginny, who deserved a much better ending.
I love the green tie reference! This story was great! I had to do a double take in the beginning with the name "sev" but I loved the end result. Made me so happy!
Good one!
Ginny is twenty four, and the war rages on. Draco is a Death Eater, and he needs her help. Of course, he doesn't give her a choice. Now she's surrounded by the enemy. She begins to see that not everything is black and white. Can she come to terms with her new role in his life?Category: Works in Progress
I love this story SOOOOO much! I was so ecstatic when I saw that you updated and I loved this chapter to pieces! Please update soon! The wait is cruel!
Ginny and Draco fight about where to spend Christmas, but something deeper seems to be causing problems. Can their marriage survive?Category: Completed Short Stories
“He watched her face transform as Vulnerable Ginny became Extremely Brassed Off Ginny. Her eyebrow went up. ‘You’re doing that intolerable git routine you’re so good at’ she drawled.”
Oh my goodness, WONDERFUL, I was absolutely roaring with laughter half the time! Five stars!
Author's Response: Thank you!! :D I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Comedies are definitely very hard to write. Thanks for the great review!
I come here, before you, the Order of the Phoenix, not to beg forgiveness, as many of you think I should. But rather, I come with a warning: they know where you are and what you intend to do. They have made their mission to stop you, to kill you, and to rule the world as they see fit. I see you now, murmuring about yourselves, presumably asking if I, with a Dark Mark burned into my arm, can be trusted. If I were you, I doubt I would trust me either.Category: Completed Short Stories
fantastic, one of my favorites from what you've written.
Author's Response: :) Thanks. I happy you liked it, and doubly happy you reviewed!
"He hasn’t woken up beside her in almost twenty years, but he still wakes each morning thinking she’s there."Category: Completed Short Stories
Nineteen years later, Astoria watches her husband and Ginny Potter at the train station.
Wow. Absolutely heartbreaking and totally believable. I love the last line, it's so bitter and honest.
Author's Response: Thank you! I refuse to believe there was nothing else going on under the surface in the Epilogue of Sap. I'm glad you enjoyed the story, the last line was one of my favorites as well.
Draco snorted. “You haven’t won. The Boy Wonder’s won. Don’t fool yourself Ginny, you’re nothing but a groupie.”Category: Completed Short Stories
She looked at him with solemn eyes. “You’re wrong.”
Draco and Ginny have one last conversation.
I didn't expect that to be so sad and bittersweet. I do agree, Ginny deserved so much more from the entire series and what you've written perfectly shows how she cheats herself around Harry. Wonderfully insightful!
Author's Response: That is exactly what I was trying to convey with this. I\'m glad you enjoyed the story, thank you so much for the wonderful review! :)
Convicted and incarcerated after the war, Draco is unexpectedly given a new lease on life.Category: Works in Progress
I loved the ring! How Draco 'pretended' he actually cared what she thought. A nervous and unsure Draco is such a funny thing. Maybe this is a clue of how he'll someday be around Ginny? Too cute! Well done!
Author's Response: Thank you! Draco knows how to get things done. :)
When you are made for more, can love ever be enough? Draco seeks out a most unlikely character to get advice about his engagement to Ginevra Weasley.Category: Completed Short Stories
As bitter and sad as this was, all well written of course, please, please post the companion pieces, as I'm insanely curious. well done. The last line is so horribly against everything a heart should believe, but it's what Draco believes and that's what makes this so honest and sad and he doesn't even recognize it. Well done.
Draco and Ginny discover that the truth is a funny creature, especially when you can’t lie successfully.Category: Long and Completed
Ah so sad, that's the end and I won't get to read any more! I'm just kidding, not sad at all, that was a wonderful story and I absolutely LOVED it. Great ending!
Author's Response: Thank you :)
A chance encounter between Ginny and Draco eight years after the war.Category: Completed Short Stories
Very good. Completely canon but I like how the interaction happened with them and their children. Draco's a father and it's on the happiest day of his life that he gets to see Ginny again. Only one correction though, you called Ginny 'Weasley' on the first line even though she's a Potter. Didn't know if it was intentional. Good story! Thanks so much for posting it!
Author's Response: thank you. it was the first fic i ever posted and its nice to know that someone else liked it as well as my friend. as for the weasley instead of the potter name in the beginning, it was like an unconscious decision- being so used to seeing ginny attached to the last name weasley. thanks again
Ginny takes out her Malfoy-derived frustrations on paper. The said Slytherin finds them. Trouble ensues.Category: Completed Short Stories
Brilliant! I absolutely loved it! Completely in character!
Author's Response: Thanks! This response was very different to all of the other fics submitted for the challenge, so I wanted to work hard to keep them in character. Thank you for recognizing that.
Transitioning to the Muggle world is hard, but it's a bit easier with some help.Category: Completed Short Stories
Love it! Very unique!
A chubby Draco and the physical trainer from hell. What more can I say? A D/G twist on dieting and an ending sweeter than candy floss. Enjoy. :)Category: Long and Completed
Well I liked it a lot. Good plot development! Well done and I hope you update soon!
Author's Response: Every plot needs a little bit of a bad guy. Makes it more interesting. I was trying to picture this guy with a long mustache too... but thought it was too corny to write that in. LOL
Thanks!!!!!
I have to say that I love reading this story! I love chubby, childish, scared of Ginny, Draco. It's so funny to read a story about their relationship and dieting. And it's particularily fun to read about Draco struggling with maintaining his proper weight instead of it being a girl, who are quite notorious for obsessing over it. I feel viciously pleased. Keep up the good work!
Author's Response: Thank you! Draco is so sweet in this one. I don't know how it came to me to write him like this, but its hard not to love him, even as the author. The women in his life are looking out for him, despite his resistance. :)
It’s a well known fact that Luna Lovegood believes in many ridiculous theories, such as the existence of strange creatures that nobody else seems to be able to see. But when one of those creatures comes to life before her very eyes, a new quest is formed, and she sets to work trying to discover what to do along with two very unenthusiastic people: Ginny Weasley and Draco Malfoy.Category: Completed Short Stories
This was so original and I loved it! Luna was perfect!
Here’s the thing about love; no one ever tells you the truth. They don’t want to ruin whatever childhood fantasies you’re going to concoct up in that ‘pretty little head of yours.’ No, no, see, they’re all much more sadistic then that. They would rather you find out later that all the dreaming you did was for nothing. Then that way, you can be just like them, and suffer.Category: Completed Short Stories
Oh my goodness! I LOVE the last line! "Maybe it wasn't love that sucked after all. Maybe it was just Harry" Haha! This is bloody fantastic!
Author's Response: Glad you liked it ;)
For the past two months Draco and Ginny have been on the run together and finally their relationship is beginning to evolve.Category: Completed Short Stories
I really liked this, love the whole idea.
Author's Response: I'm really glad you do! <3 Thank you, my dear!
