The wonderful world of Harry Potter has been my constant companion and comfort blanket for the last decade. As much as I love the series and the epilogue...I sail the good ship Draco/Ginny. I also love Draco/Ginny/Blaise, Blaise/Ginny and Blaise/Luna. Generally I have mad love for my fave snakes but I DO NOT like Hermione/Snape. I think its just gross. I love them both, just not together. Lets stick to the holy union of Fire and Ice.

i read it on ff.net and i still love it. "accio weasley" gets me every time [lol]. upon the re-read, i also crack up at "noah liked boating and taking care of animals" [lmao]. when life gets boring and i have nothing to do, i'll re-read it again and find a whole new line that will have me in stitches for days. it was well worth the month long fifty-one page challenge. i love it. one of my absolute all-time faves even if we dont really get more of the incomparable blaie zabini.

i really like this story. the characterization of draco is on point as most DG fics tend to be. but i generally hate the way they may ginny into a simpering weak girl in draco's presence [even if she's a fiery hexing badass to every1 else]. i like that according to u, she's a hexing badass to him as well. cuz quite frankly, at the stage in the canon when she finally stops drooling over harry and is a witch worthy of respect, she wouldnt be anything less, not even draco malfoy. great story. loved every word.

it made ooodles of sense to me :). but i already liked this ship. don't get me wrong, the canon happily ever after that appeared in the DH epilogue was fine. everyone being a weasley and all that jazz but, D/G is so much more fun. so thank merlin there's fanon to the rescue. especially when the slytherin prince is painted as the bad boy not the evil git; and the gryffindor princess is painted less as the paradigm of chastity and virtue and more as a normal attractive teenage girl with a gred&forge sense of humour. we know the prince noticed her WWW sensibilities since is its infamously mentioned on the train in the company of pansy and blaise, even if it appears they're just taking the mickey out of him. but who better to know his deeper desires than a potential/ex-girlfriend [lifelong friend] and the only other slyth who doesn't appear to be a glorified rock formation and whom he seems to be fairly close to. furthermore, didn't ron and hermione know when harry was lusting for cho? why wouldnt the same principle work in the dungeon as it does in the tower. besides, we only see what harry sees. he had a fantastic map that he wasn't using. thinking like a teenage boy i would have ussed it to see who were the couples snogging in broom cupboards and up in the astronomy tower. then maybe he'd see little ginny with malfoy doing less than chaste activities. just my 2 pence :)
