God, I wish Astoria could go hop in a hole. Preferably the one I have already made Harry sit in. That way, they can be miserable and plot ways to totally ruin Draco and Ginny's relationship together.

Daphne is a sweetheart though. When they were passing out the bitch gene in the Greengrass family, she must have been in the bathroom or something.

So, now we know what Astoria's trying to do......but my big question is, what's Ginny's master plan she talks about in the end? Is she going to seduce Draco or something? Now THAT would be entertainment. :D

Also, part of me reeeeeeeeeeally wants them to go allllll the way tonight..which is probably why I thought of the seduction scenario....pleeeeeeease tell me that they will!! Guess I'll just have to wait and see....

Personally, I really hope that by the next few chapters, you will live up to your title and be crowned 'Queen of Smut'. ;) That would be fanepictabulous! :D

That "horrible, hideous, no-good, awful, very bad" comment reminded me of that super cute chlidren's book about Alexander, who wants to move away....as you can see, I'm overly tired/giddy/going mildly insane due to my research paper on cults and my current events paper on the legalization of marijuana....so, if I say anything that sounds a bit off, it probably is. Author's Response: Harry/Astoria... the match made in hell. I like it! Maybe I could write it for a crackfic/AU DDD cookie. :) Ginny's master plan is coming right up. Let's just say that some scenes are planned, but they may not be coming up right away... but they're DEFINITELY planned out. Author's Response: Oh, it'll get interesting, all right.... ;) I couldn't resist frog prince!Ron. But George actually dropped an important hint when he said that Ginny could have inadvertantly cast a much worse spell on him. There was one version of this chapter where I spelled it out, but I realized that it would give too much away... This *will* come back to haunt everybody later on, let's just say. The Ginny & Draco art lessons! I'm cackling just thinking of how fun it will be to write those. ;) More soon. I hope to post another chapter this week, because next week is new job orientation!

Actually, it's hard to believe DRACO isn't sitting there talking about himself while you type his words up.

Anyways, ahmazing chapter!!! Drreeeeeeam sequenceeee was great, loved the cherry metaphor, and the explanation of how the situation of the bonds lie. My favorite though was insulting Astoria ;) Which isn't very suprising, given my absolute why-don't-we-just-throw-her-down-a-well-along-with-Harry stance.

I do have a question though, and maybe its answered in the chapter and I just didn't see it or something. In the dream, Draco knows about all of the bonds and stuff. Does he actually know in real life about BOTH of the bonds? Or can you not tell me? If you can't, that's cool- some things are probably better as a surprise :D

As for Draco, right now I'm torn between hugging him because his life has basically gone into the crapper and slapping him because he's being an surly idiot. But I digress...

As for the ending....YES!!!! The adorable, teenage, non-butt Draco is baaaaaack! :) I LOVE him- he's soo sweet. Shame on Ginny for forgetting about him..haha. I wonder what will happen if Draco sees the picture? Gosh, I need a refresher on this stuff, it's been a while. Guess I'll have a project to do this Spring Break! :) Yayyy :D

Art classes for Draco- this should be entertaining. Just curious- do any art utensils/sketchpads/paint cans end up being Inanimins? Now THAT would be cool. :) But still, does he know more about art then he lets on? I still think seducing Ginny is much higher on his 'To-Do' list then learning art. And maybe his not telling her about this kind of stuff is connected to something bigger? Honestly, with the awesomeness that is your writing, I actually expect little details to amount to amazing plot points. That's true talent, by the way. Again, you deserve lots of applause. Author's Response: Hey Mungihead! :) Thanks! Yes, I just saw Lord Morpheus insulting Astoria, for some reason... but she really has some things to do later on, so she cna't go down that well just yet. ;)

Oh, the question of what Draco knows. Okay, here's kind of how it goes... LM was showing Ginny some things that were in Draco's secret heart. He'd say and do them if he could-- but he can't, right now. I don't know if he knows specifically about *all* of the bonds, but he certainly knows about *his* side of them. So no matter what, he knows that he's stuck. And yes! The 16 y.o. portrait Draco is back! Ginny feels awful about, ahem, "forgetting" about him. Actually, we'll find the answer to the what-if-the-present-Draco-sees-him question very soon, because portrait-Draco will tell Ginny. Draco does know more about art than he's let on, and we'll find out why, but it's not as sinister as you might think. I love the "little details to amazing plot points" comment (blushes), and yes, sometimes it IS true. (grabs chocolate).

Oooh. Whoops. Okay, I had a lot more to say that got deleted by my semi-retarded computer. It basically included my rant on Ginny.

How can she make so many promises about things that will make situations painfully uncomfortable later? She's always like, "Oh, yes I'll take care of it later. I promise! ILY!!!" She has proposed this same concept to Loftia, Astoria (minus the ILY), Harry (before the ILY is considered void, as in "Oh, I'll wait for you!"), Draco (indirectly, I suppose, and the ILY part is, well, just a mess), her parents/brothers ("I'll be safe, I'll be a good girl-oops, no I won't, sorry about that"), Tom ("I love you, you're like my secret diary/lover all in one!"), and finally, young Draco. For the love of God, if she lets him down I will personally slap her. He's too adorable with too much of a messed up life to be let down like that. If she does, she is getting put in that hole that Harry and Astoria are stuck in for a time-out.

And, now, Marie. I feel like we're getting closer and closer to more stuff about her. I think that they're maybe the same person, in a different form or universe or something. But they are definitely similar on the outside and the inside, that's for sure.

Present-day Draco, well, i'm not too sure about what he knows, and what he doesn't. I can see that he's taking this art thing seriously, which surprises me. It'll only be a matter of time though.....

Author's Response: Review-eating computers are evil, aren't they? ;) Okay. About Ginny... People who have been traumatized in the way that Ginny has don't have good boundaries at all. So making way, wayyyy too many promises without understanding just how many problems they will cause later (or that some of them completely conflict with each other) is exactly the kind of thing that they do. Ginny made her promise because she couldn't endure seeing portrait-Draco in that much pain, but the emotion was so overwhelming that it, well, overwhelmed all rational thought, or she clearly wouldn't have done it.

Marie! Oh, yes, Marie. We are indeed getting closer to more stuff about Marie. And present-day Draco... well, it's not really a question of how much he *knows* as it is of what he's doing that Ginny doesn't know about. Because she definitely doesn't. More soon!

Well, there are some things I don't know, such as the next winning lotto numbers... but when it comes to this fic, it's a pretty safe bet. ;) Draco and Ginny left the CP rooms so that they didn't get stuck in the accelerated time spell. They're now in a soft space corridor that's kind of like a link between a lot of places-- they can get to the CP from there, for instance. Ginny was trying to sort of will the pencil and paper into existence the way she'd successfully done with the food and the luxurious bathroom, but it didn't work. :( But yes, the bathroom's very real. So is Caldera. ;) More soon...

I knew there was a catch to Malfoy escorting her- there's no way he could've avoided taking his wife. That last line really got me though: "She highly doubted it would be a good idea to tell him that when she took the author portrait versions of the patronesses of the ball out of the secret crate last May, they’d told her they thought that Draco should take her there." How long have you been planning this? That is one of the reasons why I love your writing soooo much- the seeds you plant in the beginning lead to actual plot points later, and it make me feel like a detective or something. Honestly, it takes an extremely talented writer to do that well, so kudos! Keep it up :D

But, as long as he's not a creep, I think Blaise is a good choice as a companion, mainly because he's not as snotty as the rest of the Purebloods and seems more helpful, for the most part.

I also stand firmly on my belief that Harry should be thrown in a well. That is all.

Author's Response: Horrible? Me? (tries to look innocent) Well, the chapter couldn't be 1,000,000 pages long, so I had to stop it somewhere. I liked the protocol-elf, and I kind of based him on Mr. Willis, who used to stand at the entrance of the real Almack's and deny admittance to anyone who wasn't absolutely correctly dressed. The Duke of Wellington was once turned away because he was wearing trousers instead of knee breeches. Yes. Draco lied. Could there be an important reason? (tries even harder to look innocent) Hmm.... could he have some OTHER reason for needing to get to that ball? I admit nothing. ;) But we'll find out soon. The Blaise thing happened many many chapters ago, but it all began at the Illusions Emporium for Those of Alternate Preferences. Ginny was going through her short-lived phase of trying to break the no-sex curse with friends and trusted acquaintances, and Colin recommended Blaise. Being something of a male slut, Blaise was more than happy to help her out, but Draco did not like that idea at all. (Blaise never really understood just how close he came to a horrible, long-drawn-out death.) Anyway, he kind of morphed into a friend. More soon... and I think my brain's still here! I saw it from a bunch of different angles on an MRI. :)

Oh, wow. Now we're getting into some serious danger stuff. This is going to be a couple of reeeeeally fun chapters! I'm glad Pansy's with Micheal Corner in this fic, it makes her seem less like a horrid person knowing she can see past prejudices. And I love Daphne in this one- Ginny really does need someone on her side.

But my favorite part of this whole chapter was this:
“I think you’d be better off in many ways if you could let go of Draco Malfoy. Move on with your own life, Ginny.”

She smiled slightly without turning her head. “You know what the funny thing is, Daphne? I agree with you.”

That really does show so much. Draco, despite basically ruining Ginny's life and mental well being, is so important to her. That love (or whatever you can call it at this point. Obsession, maybe? Dependence?) is probably what's going to pull them through this whole mess.

Excited for chapter 96! Dear God, that's a lot. :) For chapter 100 I think I'll bake you a virtual chocolate cake. Or something. :D

Author's Response: Thanks! :) There is so much happening in the next few chapters. Pansy is becoming a fave character of mine (she's actually been with Michael for almost a year and a half, too.) Daphne is on Ginny's side, but things aren't quite as simple as they seem there. D/G at this point... I like your take on it but I don't think I would say that he's ruined her life. I will say that if it wasn't for him, she would not have done those sculpture sketches. Maybe Draco represents both the worst and best possibilities for her , as she does for him, and a lot depends on how things work out here. Chocolate cake! YES!!!!! Lots of frosting!
