What can't be seen by the human eye...Category: Completed Short Stories
Second time reading it is even better than the first. So much better.
And in the darkness bind them.Category: Completed Short Stories
This has been one of my favorite stories for awhile. I love the ending. Also, the quote at the end is one of my all time favorites. I wish words could describe how this story makes me feel, but I feel they won't do it justice. I'm jealous at how well it flows and the tone of it. I'm jealous that I can't write like this yet, and I wonder if I ever will. I'm amazed by how you worked so little dialogue perfectly into the story, to where the reader doesn't realize how little talking there actually is. The feeling I get from this makes me tear up. I can't describe it, but it's amazing. You are amazing.
For someone who has significantly raised up, red scars, this story means a lot. And every time I read it, I want to cry. Okay, I do cry.
This is so touching. More so than you, the writer, may have even realized. It means everything to me. I have it saved on my computer to read when I need it.
You have amazing ability.
Ginny Weasley on Draco Malfoy and other things.Category: Completed Short Stories
Oh wow, I loved this! I loved the original too.
Rain and tears intermingled with regret and remorse, the pain of knowing what might never be. Draco must make a choice between his father's demands and Ginny.Category: Completed Short Stories
I really like this. I was in the mood for some short, but good, angst, and you provided it well.
"The day Harry Potter was vanquished, the tiniest part of everyone's souls died along with him." One-shot.Category: Completed Short Stories
I think I found this on FFN. I loved it a lot, and I had no idea we hosted it here! It's utterly tragic, but it's also a very real depiction of what might have happened to these two. This is an amazing story, and I absolutely love it. You've done an amazing job, and even the summary draws me in.
Christmas at Hogwarts. No one should have to be alone. Part of Draco/Ginny Ficmas 2003Category: Completed Short Stories
Very much loved this fic. It's Christmas in July right now, and I've been missing Christmas badly. This fic just made up for it tremendously. It was perfect really.
Sometimes, a married man just has to admit to himself how much he longs for little boys.Category: Completed Short Stories
Awww, poor Ron and Draco. They need to take some tranquilizers.
COMPLETE! Strolling through Diagon Alley Lucius Malfoy comes across a little boy who could have been Draco's twin. Has his family tree been expanded, without his knowledge? Has Draco been keeping secrets? Or is he oblivious to the fact that he may have an heir?Category: Long and Completed
I once started reading this and never finished, so I hope to try this again and see if it might be my spot of tea. =)
This is not at all how I remember it. It's like finding a new story. I like how you depict the Malfoy's, as Jo has said that they are close knit.
Ginny realizes something in her relationship with Draco. So she decides to write him a letter telling him how she feels.Category: Completed Short Stories
That is so sad. I liked it though. I wanted a good bit of angst.
'Is it wrong, that we were so young? Should I have been sage at the age of seventeen, pushing this handsome boy away because I knew he might be a little bad for me?' Maybe she's just insane. Because she half wishes he would just leave.Category: Completed Short Stories
This was a hard read. We always want to see D/G work out; it's anguish to see them fail. You have written this beautifully. I didn't exactly enjoy it (it hurt like hell!), but it was a great read. You did an excellent job with this.
"Open your eyes, Draco…" She whispered cupping his blackened face in her hands, "open them so you can see me."Category: Completed Short Stories
The imagery in this was beautiful! I absolutely loved it!
A look at what Draco does to Ginny. And what Ginny needs. (slightly angsty, but not enough to hurt)Category: Poetry
Very excellently done!
*Complete* "There are hundreds of invisible people in the world – the ones that you would never notice. You can see them, because they are there, but you don’t SEE them really. I realized that night that I was invisible." When you feel invisible, you'd do anything to have someone really see you; the way you've always wanted to be seen. But if the only person who actually sees you is the last person you'd ever expect it to be, what do you do? [Post Hogwarts]Category: Long and Completed
I knew I didn't like Gabby for a reason. That bitch.
Gabby seems very rude. I predict that Harry will realize this, leave her, and then try to get back with Ginny. Here's to seeing if I'm right!
The ending was the icing on the cake for this chapter. Every ex-couple has some sort of argument, and this made everything feel more realistic. Harry isn't exactly the bad guy, but he isn't the good guy either. That's as it should be when you still have residual feelings for someone. Too many fics gloss that over. Kudos on that!
I saw Virginia and had to check the date. This is indeed an oldie! It is shaping up to be a goodie. I loved the mental picture of Ginny running while putting on heels. I do want to say that I didn't really feel a lot of emotion about Harry and Gabby. But maybe that's just me, or maybe it was your intention. On to the next chapter!
I remembered starting this story awhile ago, but then I had to reboot my computer and forgot who wrote it. Now I have found it!
I like the beginning. I love thinking of Ginny as being in a position of power. She isn't the type of woman to just sit back and be a maid or some bull. She is fiery and passionate; people tend to forget that. Luckily, you haven't.
Gratitude comes in odd forms. Winter-time gift exchange between everyone's favourite weasel and ferret. Snarky one-shot.Category: Completed Short Stories
Too cute! I love how excited Ginny gets over Draco wearing the sweater she made him, and I love the kiss not being too much. It's there, but it isn't over the top. This is a sweet, cute piece, and I love it!
Because forgiveness comes too late.Category: Completed Short Stories
This story is amazing. You slowly come to the realization that she's some spirit, and then the ending, just wow. I wasn't prepared to think Draco was the one who had killed her. I had a few tears towards the end. The fact that she forgave him is just extremely powerful. Well done, once again.
A parody of the classic poem - dedicated to the writers and stories on this archive. Happy Christmas!Category: Poetry
This is always cute, and it indeed takes me back a ways to when these were new pieces. Good job with this!
After the war, a moment of peace.Category: Completed Short Stories
Cute and lovely fluff. I love an awe inspiring Ginny Weasley.
NEW, REVISED EDITION!! The Last Chapter. See what you think of this version! :)Category: Long and Completed
By the spring of her fifth year, Ginny Weasley had almost convinced herself that she didn’t really still want Harry Potter. But when he finally kissed her one Hogsmeade weekend in June, she couldn’t resist the power of all those years of waiting and watching and hoping and praying. Six months later, her dream has finally come true… except that Draco Malfoy just won’t leave her alone. Strange things are afoot, and once Ginny starts to figure out what’s really going on, nothing is as simple as it seems…
This chapter was really powerful to me. It just hit all the right chords, and while I planned to wait until the end of the story to review, this chapter just called to me.
"Let me show you… let me be slow with you, Ginny, slow and gentle and lingering, let me bring you pleasure like you’ve never known, let me hear you call me by my name as you clasp me in your arms. Let me hear you say Draco, Draco, Draco…"
That bit was so sexy and so beautiful. You are truly a genius Anise. I love your writing style, and I honestly hope to be as good as you someday.
*pulls Anise into nearest broom closet and shuts door* Okay, so, after reading this, I should read HC, as it conincides with this?
Also, YOU ARE SIMPLY EVIL! *puts hands on hips* Are you ever going to let them end up happy? I mean, I get the Anise-verse thing. I really do. Ever since the story about Draco kind of raping her and all that you wrote(which you pulled off brilliantly). So, if they end up happy together, in something that complies with the Anise-verse, that would be it for Loki?
*looks around broom closet* Maybe I shouldn't have pulled you in here, but it was the closest door there was, and I was rather upset when I discovered it was all a dream, you know. We um...may have to peek out and make sure no one sees us. Don't want awful rumors going around. ;)
You know, if it were legal, and you are still in your 20's(I'm sure you are though) I'd marry you. Actually...as long as you aren't 50, I'd probably marry you. You are just that amazing.
Well, this was my last fanfic of the night to read. I'm off to watch A Very Potter Sequel. The girl who plays Draco Malfoy is stunning.
Good night, most high and worthy.(not sure if it made sense but screw it)
