Beautiful.
Author's Response: Glad you liked this, even though it's a pretty dark story. :)
Beautiful. Fantastic job too with the original mythology!
Author's Response: Thank you very much for the comment!

I've adored your angst stuff in the Past but I must say you manage to inject your fluff with the same real sense of emotion. Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece!
Ginny learns a thing or two about what being a Slytherin can really be like through an unexpected source.Category: Long and Completed
I knew it! The tone of this story was so fantastically hilarious, and of course you're inspired by the snappy dialogue and brilliant-ness of Buffy the Vampire Slayer! Love the Xander/Anya reference. Makes this story even more amazing. Keep it up! xx
Draco kidnaps Ginny on the pretense of saving her. WARNINGS: angst, VIOLENCE, abuse, drama, smut, mean & evil Draco, and absolutely no happy endings what so ever!Category: Long and Completed
I was going to review this in the morning because it's nearly 2am and I just read it all the way through, but I'm so affected and I know I won't remember the way this story made me feel quite so vividly after sleeping. This was beautiful -- in the most cruel, dark, twisted way possible. Your portrayal of both Ginny and Draco, their emotional states, changing selves etc. is beyond masterful. I felt everything Ginny felt, somehow empathized with Draco... I found myself tearing up at various points, and I don't cry easily. Thank you for writing something so thought-provoking and raw, so... real. I love when I come across incredibly talented writers who write the truth -- that real life doesn't always have a happy ending.
P.S. I found myself infatuated with this twisted version of Draco. He's terrible, but so extreme in his portrayal of emotion that he manages to make Ginny feel even after she's been numbed by months of captivity. Amazing job, again. You should write a novel.
In Progress. Set after OotP. Draco's life is in chaos when he returns for his 6th year at Hogwarts. When he & Ginny fall in love their loyalties are tested.Category: Works in Progress
One of the best-written fanfics I've read on this site. A bit of an overuse of the passive tense ("was kissing, was punching, etc.) but otherwise very impressive. The story is really compelling so far and I love that Draco isn't very out of character. I hope you keep him unpleasant for a while yet - I like it better when he doesn't change too quickly. Great job, and I can't wait to read more!
*COMPLETE* Destiny knew better than to bring these two together. One man, determined to draw back an errant Malfoy, is not so wise, and Ginny soon finds herself caught up in events that are not quite Fate.Category: Long and Completed
You did the scene justice and so much more. Good lord I shouldn't be up this late but your stories captivate me and your draco makes me fall in love. Thank you
You are amazing. Misconceptions was one of my first, and to this day my favorite, fan fiction. You made me fall in love with Draco for the first time. Thank you so much for your amazing stories. You are an incredible writer, and I hope if you ever put out a novel you'll let all your loyal fans know it's Hearts Cadence writing. Good luck with your job! xx
No matter how much we try to deny ourselves, there is no resisting. The thought is always there, that little inkling of curiosity, the appeal of the forbidden.Category: Completed Short Stories
I felt it was going to end a bit abruptly but the ending worked because of the last line, "But no one came." Smutty but there's also a lot of hidden plot in just 1000 words - would love to read more (I think there's enough for a long story in the concept of this piece), but it's beautiful. LOVE!

BEAUTIFUL!

This is a really cute and fun story. I love the way you've written it as multiple parallel storylines -- focusing mostly on Draco and Ginny, of course! The only caveat I have is I would have liked more explanation for how D and G fell in love -- it seemed like one minute they were talking, the next they were passionately kissing. Maybe there could have been more time in-between, discovering hidden feelings? Otherwise, great job, especially with adding in little hints of moody Draco so he didn't seem too soft. Thanks for the treat!
Author's Response: Thanks very much. Yeah, I have a habit of just bulldozing through things, haha.

This is so beautiful.
Author's Response: Hey, can't believe I missed this review! Better late than never to say: Thank you so much. ^_^

This is so beautiful, you are a fantastic writer! Please please please continue, as I am a bit confused and must know what happens next!!
Author's Response: Don't worry, you're only confused because Draco's confused! We're headed back to Hogwarts next chapter. Thanks for reviewing!
Loving the quick, quality updates. More more more! (Please. I forget my manners it's so good!;P)
Author's Response: Haha, I'm glad! But don't get it in your head that I'm a speedy writer; these quick updates are a parlour trick.
Beautiful as usual.
Author's Response: Thank you! The story softens up a bit at this point (we can't just fight forever, can we?).
Wow. The relationship remains incredibly complex, even as they appear to be acting like a semi-normal couple. Good job keeping the tension/angst in the brief time where it seems their differences can more or less be reconciled (I have a strong suspicion this won't be the case for long). I love the raw tone and realness of your writing and characters. Keep up the good work!
Author's Response: Even my fluff is angsty for these two, the poor kids. You're right, nothing's simple for them, and you suspicions regarding the tenability of the situation are probably well-founded. Semi-normal - I love it! I really appreciate your comments on my tone. It's something I think/worry about a lot.
Wow. I can honestly say I did not expect you to skip all the way to this point in the story, but I think I'm glad you did. It just wouldn't have been canon if you'd written the parts in between, unless you wrote about Draco and Ginny separately and that's not really any fun. You could have maybe done a little bit with the angst of their separation, showing her starting to want Harry again maybe, just to make it a little less abrupt when she chooses him in this final chapter. Otherwise, brilliant job with a canon story that really moved me every single chapter. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful work, and please write the sequel soon!!!
Author's Response: In the end, I decided that Draco sitting around missing Ginny wasn't interesting enough to write about, just like you said. The details of Ginny's choice between Harry and Draco would've made for delicious drama, but in the end I decided it was first and foremost Draco's story (it was practically genfic by the end) and Ginny's choice really did blindside him. I'm saving Ginny's side of the story for the sequel. Don't know when said sequel will come to pass, but that's the plan. Thank YOU so much for all your comments!
