A fanfictional adaptation of the well known tale about the Frog Prince, in which Draco is a frog and Ginny is a closeted kleptomaniac.Category: Completed Short Stories
Oh, adorable! You intertwined the fairy tale and the fic really well, and I laughed aloud at the ending. Well done!
Category: Long and CompletedFresh out of Hogwarts, Ginny Weasley moves out of the Burrow to start life on her own. Along the way, she is thrust into wizarding high society and, before long, into the arms of Draco Malfoy. But are all the finely dressed witches and wizards she meets really as they seem?
Yay! I like Northanger Abbey a lot; it's good to see a modified HP version in your capable hands. :) On to the next chapter!
Author's Response: Well, my story pales in comparison to the original, but I hope you enjoy it anyway!
Hee, strip exploding snap sounds excessively dangerous.
Author's Response: Yes, it does, doesn't it? I would think you would have to extremely careful if you played it--or extremely desperate maybe!
She liked watching people and taking pictures.Category: Completed Short Stories
Perfectly gorgeous fic, Lyndsie. Your imagery is so sharp and striking.
Author's Response: Thanks! I\'m glad you liked it.
When Draco’s best friend marries into the Weasley family, he finds himself in the company of a certain ginger-haired lass with amazing regularity.Category: Completed Short Stories
Aw, that was such a cute read, and hilarious to boot.
The idea of "renting" her soul out to anyone - let alone a former Slytherin nemesis - did not sit well with Ginny Weasley. But circumstances always tend to go askew and when she finds herself in a dire position, Ginny has no choice but to relent, accepting the deal and the seven wishes offered as payment.Category: Long and Completed
This was such a great read! You have a brilliant way with words, and there were so many laugh out loud moments -- particularly having to do with the idiot bachelors. And add me to the chorus of readers who want to know what went wrong at the end!
A Ministry election finds Draco and Ginny positioned against each other once again.Category: Completed Short Stories
Ooh, that was fabulous. I liked the image of Draco playing with the kids, and of course the ending was all sorts of fantastic. And I don't think anyone would mind if you did post that outtake chapter after all. :)
Author's Response: I'm so happy you enjoyed it! I'll definitely post the outtake chapter when I get it finished. Summertime is a difficult time to try writing that stuff--the little ones are ever present, if you know what I mean. -seegrim :)
Draco and Ginny work for opposite sides in the war. When their respective sides plot against one another, will they do anything to save each other?Category: Long and Completed
Ooh, intrigue! I particularly liked the opening scene, with Ginny's flippancy unnerving Draco in such an amusing way (not amusing to Draco, though, I'm sure). On to the next!
Great characterization of Draco, Blaise and Pansy (poor Pansy!).
Yay! Wonderful, sweet story. I liked Ron and Neville being all reasonable and taking charge, and Pansy bouncing back to save the day and flirt. :) And, of course, the D/G relationship was done fabulously - you write them really well together.
Category: Completed Short StoriesWhen Ginny meets his parents for the first time, things don’t go quite as Draco expects.
Hee, so cute that Draco's the one worried about Ginny meeting his parents. I'm glad you decided to write it; it's a wonderful fic! And I'm still snickering at the Hopping Pot thing. :)
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you liked it! Draco is just a little bit overprotective in this, I think, and has not yet come to appreciate all of Ginny's better qualities. And I couldn't resist the Hopping Pot reference, especially after the prompt I requested for the fic exchange. (Speaking of that, if you have not yet "Notes on Falling Out of Love" by fallingskyes, you really should do so--it is absolutely fantastic.) Thanks for the review!
They reminded each other of the seasons. A look at Draco and Ginny's relationship.Category: Works in Progress
Lovely! I really liked the imagery of the season. I'm looking forward to more!
Author's Response: Thanks, darling! =D
Ack, I realised I never reviewed! Thank you for this chapter; if you're going to write more just because I ask nicely, I'm going to have to nudge you more often! :)
I love their conversation in the garden after the war, and some of the prose is just beautiful.
Author's Response: haha. You just might have to. I've yet to start Autumn. >< And thank you for your lovely review. :)
*is happy* Of course they both had to be supremely difficult about it before getting their acts together. :)
Author's Response: I wouldn't expect anything less from the two of them. :P
After accepting a foolish dare at a party Draco finds himself breaking the very rules he set for his own self preservation, and his life has been irreversibly turned upside down. He knows what he has to do to restore order to his once carefree life, but finding the strength is a challenge he appears not to be able to meet.Category: Long and Completed
Hurrah for the return of Blaise! (Or, Uncle Blaise, I should say.) He'll never let Draco forget this, will he? Poor Draco (it's like my mantra for this fic), but he's going to have to try a lot harder to convince himself to be done with Ginny. Hee. I'm very much looking forward to the next chapter!
Author's Response: You know Blaise\'s motto: never let the opportunity slip to torture a best friend ;) Draco\'s trying really hard to convince himself, really he is *smirk*
Ha! You evil, evil woman, cock-blocking them at every turn. Have I mentioned how much I love this fic?
Author's Response: Thanks! Of course, the question is: how much can Draco tolerate before he explodes? *giggles*
Heehee! Oh, poor, poor Draco; everything just keeps going wrong!
Author's Response: It seems nothing can go right for him at the moment ;)
Whee! Love it! I really enjoyed the dialogue between Draco and Blaise.
Author's Response: Thanks! I have to admit, writing the dialogue between those two was a lot of fun *g*
Eee, so good! Poor Draco, doesn't even realise how bad he has it. And although she doesn't really make an appearance, I think I love Narcissa. :)
Author's Response: Thanks! Draco has no idea at all *smirk* Narcissa is doing her job without realizing what it is she\'s doing ;)
*applauds* That was brilliant! Hilarious and hot, and Blaise completely cracks me up.
Author's Response: Thank you :) Blaise was a lot of fun!
Ginny draws her heart on paper and puts it in the hands of fate.Category: Completed Short Stories
Well done! It was nice to see them form a bond gradually and quietly just from sitting with their best friends. And Luna was very sweet.
Author's Response: It's really exciting to receive praise from one of the writers I'm very fond of. Still wishing for more 'Homecoming'...sigh. Thank you, as my first posted fic, I'm rather happy to have such kind and sweet reviews so far.
Draco is being haunted by an unknown admirer. How will it turn out? Companion piece to "Parchment Pieces".Category: Completed Short Stories
Great to see this from Draco's perspective as well. I particularly liked the passages where he reflects upon himself.
Author's Response: Thank you, your opinion means a lot to me. I was nervous about writing Draco, he's a complicated guy. I didn't want to make him too emo or angsty. It's really good to hear that you liked his inner contemplations.
Ginny is full of doubt; pressure from her family has caused her to almost fall apart. The one person who is able to sew her back together is the most unlikely person. At dusk, the old is combined with the new and memories are reformed.Category: Completed Short Stories
Nicely done. You have a wonderful way with imagery.
Author's Response: TeeHee, thank you. x
Author's Response: TeeHee, thank you. x
It turns out that Harry isn't Ginny's true love after all.Category: Completed Short Stories
I loved it! The revenge plans were absolutely genius, and their progression from antagonists to friends to more was really nicely done with Draco's observations on it all. The ending was perfect as well. Thank you for sharing such a sweet Christmas fic!
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I had a lot of fun coming up with the revenge plans, so I'm particularly glad you liked them. :)
Fresh-faced Ministry employee meets her... nemesis?Category: Works in Progress
Written by Mynuet and Persephone33.
Eee! It's Bunty! :D I enjoyed in particular the mix-up on who Mister Malfoy was, and am looking forward to more.
