Ginny skips out on her last year at Hogwarts to go in search of answers in a troubled post-Voldemort world. What she finds along the way is a mad-eyed mentor, a mystery around the murder of Lucius Malfoy, and an adventure that teaches her far more than she thought possible.Category: Long and Completed

A sequel! Thank heavens! My heart is beating again.
Author's Response: LOL! I'm not sure if I responded to reviews from other chapters from you, but I'm so glad you are looking forward to more. I have the first chapter written of the sequel, and it's really, really steamy. :) Unfortunately, I haven't had time to work out some of the plot details in later chapters, though I know once I work out the crux of the mystery, it will fall into place quickly. I hate posting just one chapter, knowing that it will be a while before I post more, but I soooo want to post that first chapter anyway! :)
Ginny's been having urges, but she can't ask anyone who loves her to give her what she really craves. When you need someone to use you, you should ask someone who doesn't care about you.Category: Works in Progress
Great writing, although this isn't the type of relationship I like, I still think you did a great job in setting up the story and your characters suit each other well.
I really like your characters, and you've probably gotten tired of the same compliments, but really your writing is perfect. I'm so happy to see that the status is not completed for this story, and I hope that you intend to continue. I really like how your story fits with the canon storyline, it's difficult to do that, but I'm hoping that it does not end 'canonly'. Can't wait for next update!
It's rare to have Ginny be more sinister than Draco, and I'm now enchanted by this strange Ginny, hopefully there will be more of her perspective later on. Your characters are great, they have depth and there's more to the smut. Can't wait!
Sequel to "The Journey Home." Ginny has finally come to terms with her grief, but much of her life remains in turmoil as a new mystery beckons her back to the one place she doesn't want to be, in an effort to free her lover from his family's past mistakes.Category: Works in Progress
Intriguing as always! I like the set up to another adventure. You show both sides of Ginny with her family life and the other part that has Draco in it - gives the story dynamism and gives us Ginny's perspective, adds weight to the story :) I always like the little backstories you add - ex. when you explain Draco's hesitation when he mentioned detention. Curious about the potion's intent though.
Author's Response: Oh yay! You see Ginny as a complex character - which is how I see her as I'm writing this. She's got a lot going on and is trying to figure herself out as all this is going on around her. Poor thing. And then she has this complicated thing called Draco in her life. I would love to add more about his backstory, but this plot is from her point of view, so she's only getting glimpses of everything and everyone around her, but I find her very fun to write in this one. Glad you are enjoying the plot and I think you'll like the overall story as it unfolds. Thanks so much!!!! Hugs!
YAY! A sequel!
It was very sweet, the beginning makes Ginny's character much more interesting, gidge. Now I'm very curious how your Draco's past made him so mysterious and lonely before he met her. I would love to see how your characters would develop their relationship further... fingers crossed!
Author's Response: Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was desperately hoping that one reviewers remarks would spark something so I could tie together how this story plays out. I was really, really stuck and your comment was what I needed! Thank you! I think I will have to dedicate that chapter to you when it gets there. :)
Yay! I'm really liking how your characters are interacting. I didn't realize how young your Ginny was though (not a bad thing, although I feel old now). I don't think I have any suggestions to offer, because there's nothing I ...object to or have any critique because it's getting along smoothily and sweetily. Loving Arthur and Molly, and the bit about him watching her! Once again, I am really enjoying it! Can't wait for more Draco ;)
Author's Response: Glad you like it! I thought it was a huge hole in the previous story that there was no mention that Ginny's parents even noticed that she'd ditched school. I don't want to focus on that too much in this story, but thought it was important to move Ginny's character forward, and it sets the tone for where she goes off to next. Thanks so much for the feedback!!!! And yes, there will be plenty of Draco.
I'M SO HAPPY TO FIND CHAPTER 3, I COULD CRY.
Author's Response: :) Let's just hope that I can keep up the pace. I was up all night and came up with a plot change.... eep!
Wonderful! Your writing is so detailed and explains all of their thoughts and feelings so well. And you're not writing smut for the sake of smut, it's a romantic story, I love it.
Author's Response: Awesome! Glad that you like it! :D I definitely use the physical interaction as an emotional tool in writing and I'm glad that you see it that way also. As I write, I'm always questioning "why" a character is doing something, so I think I could add details forever. Thank you for your lovely feedback.
Best wishes!

Aah! You're back!
Love how the story is going, what a surprise Ginny's returning to school, didn't see that coming! Can't wait to see how this is going to go!
Loving the drama here. Draco's jealousy is making him snotty, but that's forgivable. :) Glad Ginny threw that ink pot and told him off. Excellent! and man Harry is annoying, but I guess he's useful :D
Author's Response: LOL - Harry doesn't mean to be annoying. He just can't help himself. And Ginny will be dealing with that jealousy thing in the next chapter - at least a little. I love making her spunky again - she was so bruised in the first story that only Draco could draw her out of her shell by just annoying the crap out of her - and he will continue to do so. Glad you enjoyed and thank you so much for reviewing!
Draco seems to behave more childish, sort of different from the one I imagined at the beginning of this story. But that's the point of this chapter right? He's less composed. I really like Ginny, she's headstrong, knows what she wants, but he really needs to start doing something that deserves her affections. And I guess that's what leads us to the next chapter :) Thanks for the update!
Draco and Ginny struggle through love, lust, betrayal, and revenge. Is redemption possible? Read it and find out. A companion fic to Rinney's Rolling In the Deep.Category: Long and Completed
Chapter Four- THE EPILOGUE. Sorry, there STILL can't be a quote of the day-- they would all give too much away.
Quite crazy, which I know I don't like, but I always continue with it. I'm glad I stuck it out cause I like the ending :) Very well written, well done!
Author's Response: Thanks! :) I liked the ending too... a little unusual for a D/G fic, but it's important to try new things, I think.
When the Lucius Malfoy’s war trial turns towards leniency, Ginny Weasley cannot deny her own thirst for vengeance. She decides to make Draco Malfoy pay for his father’s sins in flesh, but underestimates the will of her prey.Category: Completed Short Stories
Would love to see a sequel to this. I don't think I've read such a quiet and shy Draco as this. I'd like to see how they will behave in a relationship after this interesting meet.
Draco and Ginny are separating after five years together... But are either of them really ready to let go?Category: Long and Completed
A tale of unrequited love, denial, and politically incorrect halloween costumes.
Written for a DG Forum fic exchange.
Really enjoyed your fic!
"The world forgetting, by the world forgot." Ginny struggles to remember the important things in a world of darkness and uncertainty.Category: Works in Progress
Really enjoying the story and the setting they're in! So glad I found it, can't wait for the next chapter!
Author's Response: Heya! Thank you so much for leaving a review. I'm sorry it took such a long time for me to update, but I'm really happy that you like it so far! :) Let me know what you think of the next one!
Oh my god! But he was so perfect!
