Wherein Ginny sings, ears are noticed, Draco takes his father's advice, and there is no gratuitous mistletoe.Category: Completed Short Stories
In a series of vignettes spanning ten years, Draco and Ginny form an enduring friendship, which eventually leads to more. Drugged confessions, Playstation abuse, weddings, Christmas shopping, blind dates, stripteases, an exploding wand, and R/Hr on the side. Each chapter corresponds to an element of a challenge, including a required item and phrase.Category: Long and Completed
I love this. It's wonderful how you have Draco and Ginny be friends first, letting their sexual attraction to each other grow only after they really know each other. It's a refreshing change - many stories have it the other way around.
A Hogwarts tradition draws to a close.Category: Completed Short Stories
I love your work- I am tempted to get into Inuyasha just to read your fics...
The phrase I really enjoyed and mademy lurker self comment was "...any milk of human kindness he may have once possessed had curdled long since. "
I just loved it.
The good news is that magical chocolate really does have romance-enhancing properties. The bad news is that at Hogwarts, well, everybody's been giving chocolate to everyone else at Hogwarts for years. Including the giant squid. What will happen when the consequences catch up with them all at last?Category: Completed Short Stories
Yes, this is what you think it is. Chocolate Shags!!! Yipee!
And to top it all, he had found himself a girl. And not just any girl. A girl worthy of touching a Malfoy, quite a difficult requirement to meet.Category: Completed Short Stories
I really liked this. It was so sweet. Lovely.
*Completed* Draco spent his childhood being frozen out by everyone. By his father, by his mother, by everyone in his life. So now he freezes everyone else. It's cold, but it's safe.Category: Long and Completed
A girl with flaming hair and a fiery soul can save him, but only if he'll let her.
I love this story. I read it all at once and enjoyed every minute...
I liked how the ending is sad-happy, not perfect, like life.
Author's Response: Thanks so much! This ending is bittersweet, but the whole story was that way too. I\'m glad you liked it.
Ginny Weasley was Draco's ticket out - his way of reaching Dumbledore, getting the Malfoy fortune that he deserved, and leaving the war firmly behind him. Unfortunately, fate had other plans for both of them.Category: Works in Progress
i can't stand not being able to continue right away and see what happens next! I guess this is why I never read stories that aren't complete. I have issues with delayed gratification, I guess. I enjoy the daily thrill of the email announcing you've updated this story, though. I love it and every other story I've read by you too.
Would you like the honor of writing the epilogue for this novel of a comment??
:) ;)
Author's Response: I\'d like to thank the academy... But, hey, with this one you have the knowledge that the end is only a matter of days away.
Here I am, reviewing in the hopes of inspiring you to update as often as possible. :)
I liked the list of the Weasley children's significant others. I never realized how diverse they really are.
About Molly saying grace - we never see anyone do that in the books, do we? Just wondering...
I absolutely loved this: "She chattered the whole while, not seeming to mind at all the way her husband's attention was wholly on a book about someone called Harley Davidson." and the next sentece reminded me of my own parents for some reason. Okay, I love this story, look forward to updates, will shut up now.
Playboy Auror, Draco Malfoy, collects women like some people collect stamps, until an unforunate incident with one woman. Turned virtual recluse, Draco is only lured back into the social world when his partner steps in and sets him up.Category: Long and Completed
I loved this story. Thank you for writing! I love the things you write... Now, where can I get a Draco of my own? ;)
Author's Response: Thank you :) We\'re all looking for a Draco of our own, aren\'t we? *g*
A chance encounter leads to very unexpected beginnings. Note: Written long before DH came out.Category: Completed Short Stories
This was wonderful! I was a bit down and this story cheered me right up. Thank you. It has the perfect blend of sweetness and slight sadness...
Author's Response: Thanks! I don\'t do fluff well (I tend toward angst with a vengeance) so I was really happy this turned out so well. I\'m glad you liked it.
“Did he love her? Did he, Draco Malfoy, love her, Ginevra Weasley? Even though their families were sworn enemies, even though she was a loud-mouthed, red-haired, Gryffindor Muggle-lover?” A songfic inspired by Jump5’s “Do Ya.”Category: Completed Short Stories
I loved this - it was so sweet & all around lovely... Adding it to my favorites
Author's Response: Wow, thanks for adding it to your favorites. I\'m glad that you liked it so much.
Ginny and Draco fight about where to spend Christmas, but something deeper seems to be causing problems. Can their marriage survive?Category: Completed Short Stories
“He watched her face transform as Vulnerable Ginny became Extremely Brassed Off Ginny. Her eyebrow went up. ‘You’re doing that intolerable git routine you’re so good at’ she drawled.”
I liked this a lot. I enjoyed the humor, especially when Ron realizes his daughter will own a ferret named "Little Draco" and Ginny threatens with more pets - tarantulas!
Author's Response: Thank you! I really think Ginny and Draco have a very similar, wicked, sense of humor. I\'m glad you liked it.
Light-hearted and fun. Ginny Weasley finds herself the target of a bit of manipulation while helping Narcissa Malfoy plan her 25th anniversary ball until mischief and a little mayhem land her squarely in a Cinderella situation. Romance abounds, with a litle help from the faeries. Winner - Best Portrayal of Ginny Weasley - 2008 dg ficexchange.Category: Long and Completed
This was really cute and original. I enjoyed your depiction of the faeries. It was very refreshing to have Ginny work as a caterer. In short, I really like this story and I'll be reading on.... Keep up the good work!!
Author's Response: Thanks! This whole story started with the idea of Ginny swatting at faeries. I love magical creatures. Then I started thinking of reasons why she might be swatting at them and the story emerged. Thanks for the review!!!
Ginny wonders: why would anyone name their son dragon?Category: Completed Short Stories
This is an exquisitely beautiful story. I loved the rich description and the way the story flowed smoothly even when you inserted a dictionary definition. I was inspired; this is the kind of fanfic I aspire to write. It is sweet but not sugary fluff like cotton candy (which I enjoy) - more like expensive dark chocolate with creamy filling.
Author's Response: Wow... This is a VERY good review, thank you. :) I'm very glad that you think it flowed, and I love that I inspired you. And being called "expensive dark chocolate with creamy filling" just made my morning. Thanks. :)
A very, very fluffy, rather silly, one-shot. Inspired by the "Valentine" skin for this website.Category: Completed Short Stories
This is a cute story. I really like your Ron. I loved your other stories and look forward to reading more from you.
Author's Response: Thank you very much. :)
