Ginny is looking for summer cash. Draco is looking for summer fun. Neither realize what they will eventually find.Category: Works in Progress
I Love Love Love this story! I was so excited to see this chapter. I love the wit that flows from Snape. I can't wait to see the next one!!!

Sixth year brings with it strange magic, strange people, and strange revelations. It is only by accident that things don’t turn out worse than they do, since Voldemort is back and has some ancient magic at his disposal...Category: Long and Completed
Ms Vye - This story is soo soo severely underappreciated. I love this. You are an amazing writer. The way that you wrote Regina fits so well within all that we know of HP. As a devoted D/Ger, I love your Draco. He fits with my vision of him. And I love that the castle wouldn't let Dumbledore die. Generally, I read these for the D/G, but your entire story line and all the sub plots were so fascinating, I didn't even care. Wonderful wonderful story.
lili
Author's Response: I\'m glad you liked the story, even though it wasn\'t entirely focused on D/G. It\'s really long, so I appreciate the extra effort to finish it. :)
Draco and Ginny had a "moment" in the past that resulted in... another person. A person whose Malfoyishness was always mistaken for Weasley spunk.Category: Long and Completed
This is one of the funniest of all that you have written. Actually, you put humor in the D/G world unlike anyone I have ever read. I hope that you keep writing because you really are gifted. I am very picky about the fics I read, but I have loved all of yours, and laughed my head off at times (the husband rolls his eyes at me). I am looking forward to whatever you post next. BTW, that scene where Ali meets Narcissa is priceless. There aren't words.
Ginny has been pushed to the edge of her limits, and she’s just about to break. Lucky for her, Draco understands, and is willing to help. Written for Sarea Okelani, who won the bid at the LJ community Propheting.Category: Completed Short Stories
This was really great! I have read all the work that you have on here, and I am a huge fan! You have a really different take from a lot of the fan fic out there (myself included) and I really enjoy reading it. I think that you are right, there is a lot of darkness beneath the surface of the books, but to me that is part of the appeal. Fabulous story. You are really a talented writer!
Author's Response: I tend to write angsty stuff when I start dipping into the darkness in the pairing. I haven't really seen that side of our duo, so I've really wanted to explore that. There's a lot of darkness in each of them, and it's possible that this would be why they understand each other so well. Plus, I don't write fluff well. :) I'm glad you've enjoyed this fic!
Two and a half years after his failure to kill Albus Dumbledore, Draco has long been accepted back into the ranks of the Death Eaters. He is still obsessively searching for the rebel Ginny Weasley, but he hides that secret well. When she is found one snowy December night, he smuggles her onto the Death Eaters? train with him. And he begins to learn that nothing will ever be the same again?Category: Works in Progress
Anise - this is without doubt one of the best fics I have ever read. I found it a couple of days ago and read the entire thing in one sitiing. I really like your interpretation of Draco and Ginny. They are a lot of how I visualize them. And I think that Harry is realistic - I have always thought he was damaged, poor guy, and then Jo says that he is a scary boyfriend. I really like that you have incorporated the idea of places of power with Stonehenge. I am eagerly awaiting the next chapters. Awesome story, lady!!!!
Weren't there 97 chapters at some point? Oh, Anise, I am dying here! This is one of my all time faves - and not just for the fab smut, either! (No, you are not going to hell!) I hope that you update soon, I am missing this terribly! I so love your Draco!
*COMPLETE* Destiny knew better than to bring these two together. One man, determined to draw back an errant Malfoy, is not so wise, and Ginny soon finds herself caught up in events that are not quite Fate.Category: Long and Completed
I am on the egde of my seat!! I cannot wait for you to update! I also cannot believe that McGonagall's good sense has fallen out of her head....I guess the grief just allowed her biases to take over.
Whoo! I am excited to see what you do next!!
"Perhaps it really didn't matter what he was, perhaps it just mattered that he was." Unexpected events lead to unexpected relationships. Can one person be so important to the destruction of Voldemort? Nothing happens by chance, but sometimes, life might be simpler if it did.Category: Works in Progress
The back and forth between Draco and Hermione was priceless. I love the way that you are writing all of the characters - they seem and extension of what we already know about them.
Hermione in Slytherin? I nearly fell off the sofa laughing.
Oh, Draco, how he is changing.....
Author's Response: THank you very much for the lovely review. I try so hard with the characters - to both keep them cannon and break them out of it (realistically). You don't think Hermione could be in Slytherin? How about that Confundus she put on McLaggen (or whatever his name was) so Ron could be Keeper?
Four men whose destiny was bound before they were born, four men who will become the brotherhood, natural born killers sworn to protect the populace. Their lives will intertwine with two higher level demons who are oath bound to protect their daughters. Old friendships are tested as new alliances are formed, the world as it was will never be again.Category: Works in Progress
This is unbelievably amazing! I love all the detail that you have included, and all the character history, and especially all the sexual frissons that are flying about.
I cannot wait to see the rest!
Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's actually a three part series so there is plenty more to come :)
Draco’s wanted Ginny for a long time. A stolen kiss tips him over the edge into making Ginny an offer, an offer she really should have refused.Category: Completed Short Stories
I am not sure why you weren't entirely pleased as I loved it. I thought the way you moved things along was great. I hope to read more.
When an unusual alliance forms, the light side holds a chance they didn't have before.Category: Works in Progress
I am HOOKED! I cannot wait for the next chapter!!!
And then, someday, they may recall we were not too young at all. --Nat King ColeCategory: Completed Short Stories
I would LOVE to see this continue! Maybe all those years when they weren't speaking to their families! I love the image of Draco grabbing Ginny at the end to pull her into the bushes.....oh, the fabulous-ness of D/G....sigh.
What would make a family as close as the Weasleys turn its back on its youngest member? Ginny breaking Harry's heart might, as would her sleeping with Draco Malfoy. Too bad she's done both.Category: Long and Completed
I love this! I love the idea of a gallant Draco, and him growing up pre-graduation! Can't wait for the next chapter!
Sometimes, protection comes at a price we are unable to endure.Category: Completed Short Stories
I really enjoyed this. I would love to see more, but I am COMPLETELY empathetic to time restraints....
This was well done. I wonder what it really was that she needed to heal by seeing Draco again?
Enter a world of thievery and transgression…a tangled web of lies and deception, passion and betrayal, love and sex, birth and death—all threatening to consume the lives of those ready to go up in flames.Category: Works in Progress
I really like this - that she married someone other than Harry in a fit of pique and I love the way that you brought them together! This is well written and really intriguing! I'm looking forward to the next chapter!
...to catch the conscience of the Boy Who Lived.Category: Works in Progress
While in canon land I DO love Harry, I love to see him portrayed in a manner such as this! I think, though, that my favorite moment was the description of Dobby!
Draco acts impulsively.Category: Works in Progress
I hope that you do choose to write a few more chapters. This one is great!
Memory is a maze of secrets, and the key to unlocking them comes from an unlikely source.Category: Long and Completed
Yet another amazing beginning. I am hooked already. Cannot wait to see where you go with this one. This will be interesting to see how Lucius and Draco plan to get around the Weasley family....
Author's Response: They do have a plan, and you\'ll definitely find out more about it in the next chapter. :)
I love the Manor as a character! What a wonderful inclusion! I like your Ginny also. Even Obliviated, she is such a strong woman. Great chapter!
Author's Response: I\'m glad you liked the Manor, too. :) I wanted to show that memory isn\'t what makes someone brave or strong, but their inner sense of self. Even without memories, she\'s still the same personality. She just has to keep going from where she is, and really trust her instincts about people.
Draco and Ginny had a messy break up after Ron found out about their secret relationship. Each is trying to forget the other with little success. In the meantime, Draco is having an identity crisis about the war and where he fits into it, Narcissa is making trouble and Sirius is trying to keep her under control and out of Lupin's trousers.Category: Long and Completed
I LOVED this! Your style of writing is so wonderful, very evocative, and I was howling at some of the images! You are very descriptive! I would love to see this story line expanded. Fab fab fab!
Author's Response: I\'m so pleased you enjoyed it! Thankyou for the review - wonderful is nice to hear but evocative is a bonus! And I have written some of a prequel, and I\'ve had ideas of a sequel... actually, if you or anyone who who happens to be reading about this has an idea about either, I\'d appreciate the input, just to get me started.
Who knew happily-ever-after could have an expiration date? New beginnings are hard, but when they happen in the middle of your life, they're infinitely more so.Category: Works in Progress
I love that you are staying within canon and still carrying off a believable D/G fic! I love stories that work around canon.
I can also completely understand what has happened with Harry and Ginny. Happened with my parents. So I am looking forward to reading more!
And thank you for stating that you will deal with the hair issue. I think that caused me more grief than anything else....
Author's Response: I WILL fix that awful offhand comment about Draco\'s hair if it\'s the last thing I do. *grumbles at how spiteful JKR was in that epilogue*
I really wanted to have a stab at complete canon compliance with DH, and I\'m really glad it\'s gotten such an unbelievable response. Thank you!
Sad stories like yours (and mine) happen a lot, and I feel like it\'s something many readers can relate to.
The only person who believed her was the last person she'd believe - but things have changed, and the enemy of her new enemy is now her friend.Category: Long and Completed
I really liked this, and the terrible thing that Ginny "did" was great! It is nice to see Ginny as something other than the Gryff sweetheart once in a while - even though she didn't do anything. I think that Azkaban makes everyone a little off.
I would also love to see the meeting between Ginny and Harry and Hermione.
One chance encounter changes the direction of two lives. Years later, their lives collide again, and the past begins to haunt, as it so often does. [written for the Spring 2007 D/G Fic Exchange]Category: Long and Completed
I adore the visual imagery of Ginny standing with her eyes tightly closed and Draco sighing into her neck/ear. Love. Love it.
Love the whole wordless encounter - it gave me the shivers!
Author's Response: Thank you very much!
After frighteningly realistic dreams lead Ginny to France, she finds herself thrust into the middle of a war no one knows about, led by a man no one would have ever suspected. Can she save him from an unimaginable fate? Will she make it out of France alive?Category: Works in Progress
I love this story! Love love love! I can't wait for the next chapter.
*wringing hands in a mixture of glee and despair a la addict*
Amazing chpater. I also really like Fiona.
Author's Response: Thank you so much :) I\'ll be posting the next chapter over the weekend!
Sequel to "The Broken Road."Category: Works in Progress
I am SOOO glad to see this story continue! I love your Draco and Ginny. YaY! Can't wait for the next chapter - or 35!
