I can't praise this story enough. It's fabulous, deliciously sweet without being sappy and gaggy, with beautifully characterised vulnerable!Draco *sigh*. Keep writing!!!!!!!!............please?

This story was simply brilliant! The whole impetus for their relationship was really clever, and the beginnings very realistic. By reading how you addressed things like Ginny's possession and Draco's thoughts on Death Eaters and Voldemort, I actually feel like I have more insight into the characters of Ginny and Draco now that I have read this. Also, I loved seeing Harry, Ron, and Hermione from such a different perspective. I still love them, but now I have a deeper appreciatin for other characters in the story too. Thank you so much for writing and sharing this story.

Oh my! I neglected my home and children for an entire day because I was mesmerized by this story. Draco and Ginny seemed very IC. You can see the seeds of change planted in Draco, but he didn't turn into some sort of "super nice guy" overnight. Ginny is feisty, but not unbelievably so. The twists at the end really got me. I wasn't suspecting some of them. And I loved the ending. It wasn't tied up too perfectly (which can be annoying), instead there was a real feeling that Draco and Ginny would be able to work things out. It was a very enjoyable read. I'm recommending it to all my friends. I actually found this story via the "fandom classics" thread on LJ, but when I saw the review board here, I thought I'd let you know how much I loved your story. Thank you!

I loved this one, out of all the stories I've read on this site so far, yours was the best! I agree with the other review, you managed to keep Draco in character the whole time.

one word- Fabulous you managed to keep Draco in character throughout the entire (wonderfully long) story, while still having him fall in love with Ginny. Exellent.

This was a most excellent read. I enjoyed your Dumbledore, very IC and amusing. Although I'm glad I found it After you had finished it. :) Would have hated to have to wait between chapters.

I really loved this story. I can't believe I've never read it before! Draco was so in character and I loved the sweet evolution of their relationship. There wasn't the pressure of definition or flowery sentiments. Definitely a classic in my book!

"Hermione, you can't protect me." Ginny shrugged her cloak off her shoulders and started toward the stair. "You can't, and Ron can't, and Mum and Dad can't. It isn't up to you to decide what's best for me." Go Ginny! Hmmn. I sense Dark Things coming in this chapter. Though I was amused by the Trio's blatant childishness and McGonagall coming down on Draco's side. Woo!

This is fantastic, and it's one of the most convincing reasons for Draco *not* to join Voldie that I've seen. I can't see him randomly defying his father, I can't see him being Redeemed By The Leurve Of A Good Woman, but I can see him doing both of these after realising that what Voldie is doing *doesn't make sense*. I especially liked his disgust at his father kissing Voldie's robe. And Ginny is coo-el - I like how you've captured her mixture of irritation and resignation at the Trio's dismissal of her and her brothers' outrageously patronising attitude to her. All good.
