what can I say? Just as Embellished said: "When Mynuet featured this story, I took it as a sign that it was time for me to reread it (not for the first time!). Then I realized that I have probably never reviewed it, so here I am making amends. :)"
This story touched me as it did the first time, and I read it in one breath, even letting my worldly obligations aside. Superb!

Author's Response: (*Finally* figured out how to respond to reviews...) Thanks for rereading and still admiring!

This was a superb story. Your author notes alone reveal the amount of care, crafting, and planning that went into its development. Thanks for sharing your most excellent efforts.

When Mynuet featured this story, I took it as a sign that it was time for me to reread it (not for the first time!). Then I realized that I have probably never reviewed it, so here I am making amends. :)

This is one of my all time favorite D/G fics. You do such a nice job of balancing the romance with the High Clan drama. You are a master at weaving a tale, giving it depth, and making it come alive. And I love the strength and power you give Draco.

Anyway, I just wanted to register my awe because I never have done so before, at least not about this story. I am, as always, looking forward to reading more from you. But maybe I will have to go back and reread some of your other stories while I wait!

Author's Response: I realise this response is a few months late, but I finally figured out how it works. As much as I appreciate first time reviewers, I love the ones who reread and tell me that they're still appreciative the second time round...

Absolutely beautiful. A stunning combination of Laurell K. Hamilton's seductive ruthlessness and the mysticism of Great Britian. If only more people were this talented...a joining of the ranks of master characterization.

This story was well written and an immense pleasure to read. You captured me with your excellent pace and style of writing. Draco was partcularly complex and the fact that we read soo little of himin the HP books makes this a pleasure. He maintained JKR's charaterisation while being a lotmore developed and deep. I loved the way you dealt with the social differences and attacked the nessecity of aristocracy in society[whether the Wizarding Society or ours], even if the idea did come another source....I hope you write a sequel - I would love to see how Draco will integrate the High Clans into the "common" wizarding society. Great Piece

This fanfic was well, amazing. The intrinsic truth of all the social interrelationships in this fic was all very, very true. Good job.

Hello, I had just started reading your story today when I immediately fell immersed in it. You are an amazing writer and you should really consider, if you have not already, in becoming a writer/author. This is an amazing piece of fan fiction. I really want you to continue with this story. Write a sequel about their lives after the Clan’s came together. If you don’t, I understand, it is already an amazing story and though you don’t need to continue I would love if you did.

I started this story last night and I hated having to stop to get some sleep. I picked it up this morning and couldn't stop until I finished. All I can say is........WOW........such a wonderful story. With all the legend, lore and mistisim it was such a great read. There were touches of Mists of Avalon, Arthur, and myths. I loved your characterization of Draco and the other High Clan Lords even Snape. And Luc as an OC was a wonderfully complex character a lovable rapscallion in a way. At first I was worried about your characterization of Ginny but in the end you pulled her thru and let her strengths shine. Her ability to handle her mother and brother was refreshing. And I loved how Arthur was portrayed in a favorable light, it seems he is so often reduced to a lovable fool. It was nice to see that despite what people choose to see he had great strength of character. A wonderful job............well done.........I truly enjoyed every moment of this story. Thanks for sharing with us!!!!! TTFN Kelly
