Theis is the first time that I have ever reviewed a story on a HP fan fiction site and I've been reading stories for over a year. Mostly on portkey.org. I recently find out about DracoandGinny. Which is my favorite pairing. Anyway enough rambling. There were several quotes and situations in this story that are EXACTLY like my relationship with my boyfriend that I just thought I would share how much I related to this story.

Absolutely loved this story. It had all the right elements. Laughter, angst, heartache, romance and most importantly, a happy ending. I loved the fact that they were each other's best friends and that they found happiness with each other.

Good stuff. I should've been in bed hours ago, but once I came across this, I just had to finish! I love happy endings - and I love it when someone makes this unlikely but oh so appealing pairing make perfect sense!

Brilliant story. I have to admit.. the part where Molly was talking about Ginny and the clock, that kinda made me cry so excellent work! lol

Author's Response: I thought Molly needed some type of wake-up call to realize that she was in danger of losing the opportunity to right things with Ginny, and I love the Weasley clock - so appropriate for plot twists, don't you think? Thanks for the review.

um... i really really love ur story but theres one obvious flaw- a wizard being christianed? um HELLO! witchcraft is against christanity. lmao. why would a wizard be a christian? just outta curiousity. lol. welp, loved it!! byes

Author's Response: As the Weasleys celebrate both Christmas and Easter, I thought they would also follow certain other traditions such as christenings. I specifically didn't call it a baptism as I wasn't certain just how far they would follow such traditions. I probably should have called it a naming ceremony but felt christening was more in keeping. And JKR canon seems to indicate that being a witch or a wizard is like being born of English or French parentage, it's a matter of genes rather than religion. That's just my take on it, and if I've offended anyone, I am sorry.

A beautiful ending to a fantastic story. I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoyed reading Draco adventures in winning Ginny's heart in this story. *sniffles* It was perfect. I couldn't ask for a better ending. Now I can't wait for your next production because I'm going to miss this one!!

Author's Response: I was actually thinking that once I finish the expanded version, I might take inspiration from you and do a small series perhaps ten years in the future. Any opinion?

Truly one of the sweetest D/G romances I've ever read... not to mention that the smut here is truly delectable! I can't wait for updates on all your other fics... you're a promising writer and i can't wait to read more of your stories!

Author's Response: Thank you so much. I've been inspired by so many other fabulous writers, several who have also been kind enough to review and encourage me. I'll be working on Obsession Fulfilled and Unlikely Bonds, hoping to regularly update.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I can't even say anything coherent, because I am so very, very much in love with this fic. Bravo. BRAVO.

Author's Response: I am so thrilled you liked it. Consider yourself my Muse for this - I don't think I would have daren't write it without your encouragement. I plan to leave it be for a bit, and then combine NJFA and Interludes into one cohesive story, fixing the errors, smoothing out some of the story line, and polishing. I'll post it again to the Archive then.

This is unbelievably good. I hope you get Ginny and her Mother back together.

Author's Response: As I've said before, I don't do unhappy endings. It may take a while to get there but it all turns out right in the end.

Wah! I typed a big long review and the browser ate it! The shorter version is that I adore your Narcissa, and I think your Hermione is spot on, and the bits with the Weasleys seemed just as IC. Plus, D/G got married and are going to live happily ever after! *bliss coma* I love this story.

Author's Response: I'm so relieved you thought my characters were in keeping with canon (or as much as we know). I admire your work immensely particularly your attention to canon detail.

I really like your story. I enjoyed that you wrote a story about Ginny where she didn't just take some of the family shit she had to deal with. Draco was also an enjoyable part. thank you and looking foward to reading more of your work.

Author's Response: Thank you. I always think of Ginny as very strong, although she can be a bit mixed-up at times.
Name: Rainpuddle reviewed Family, fireworks and the final chapter on Jul 11, 2004 03:57 am
*happy sigh* They are finally happily married, well, almost happily married. *smites Molly & Arthur* How could they do this on their only daughter's wedding day? I never thought I'd say this, but yaya for Hermione. She's the only one with a brain in the lot of them. She and Ron need to breed lots of children so that brains will get back into the Weasley gene pool. I simply adored Narcissa - she is a mite scary though - who could blame poor Blaise!! She's a force of nature let me tell you! I'm sorry that this is over, except an epilogue, because it's been bloody good fun!!!

Author's Response: Thank you. You are one of my favorite authors and your reviews and encouragement have meant a great deal to me. And I do believe Hermione and Ron are meant to be, just like Draco and Ginny (are you listening JKR?)
Name: Gawariel reviewed Family, fireworks and the final chapter on Jul 11, 2004 03:42 am

Ha, Narcissa's so smart...well, I suppose that's actually you, seeing as you're the one writing this story and all, so I'll give you a bunch of virtual brownies for your cleverness. ^_^

Author's Response: Thank you. And virtual brownies are on my diet.
