Nice! I'm really enjoying hearing Ginny's voice. Writing in the first person is difficult but you're doing it really well. Loved the little discussion of Draco only being paid 1 galleon and the reasoning behind it (any sports fan in a small market can tell you its so true) - I bet he already owns the team, doesn't he? My favorite part in this chapter has to be when Ginny goes into the whole 'traitorous brain' bit. I laughed so much! I don't know why...maybe after reading 'Dear Daria' a more random and spastic Ginny just appeals to me more. In any case, your characterization of Ginny is just amazing. Teehee. This is so enjoyable. I love their playful banter--it's very much in the spirit of DG--especially Ginny's line "You were that much of an arse." But, for future comeback reference, Draco did try to get Ginny expelled by Umbridge (or at least in a lot of trouble), and made fun of her Valentine. So there are at least two things he did to her during Hogwarts years, and probably more.
