~Poor Draco, Poor Ginny. When is the angst going to end.~

Author's Response: Not for at least nine more chapters!

Why must you torture me with these terribly mean chapters! And why did Voldemort leave the two of them alive? And what did Voldemort do to Draco?
Name: flame_kitty reviewed Thicker Than Water on Mar 17, 2006 12:12 pm
Oh no! Are the three going to make it out of this fic alive? Because I don't think I could stand it if any of them died...

aw! They found each other! I was so happy!
I know that this can't last for long however, the Death are still after them after 5 years... :-

I can't believe the arrogance of Lucius! This is the first time while reading a fanfic that I want to just punch someone!
Geesh! I can't understand how Draco could stand all of that and not just hit someone!
Very great story! I can't wait to finish it.

Oh no! Draco cares for Ginny, but he can't do anything to help!
What's going to happen? Are Draco and Ginny going to end up happy?
Name: flame_kitty reviewed Never Go Home Again on Mar 16, 2006 10:11 am
No No No! Why couldn't Draco have saved Ginny? Because as much as it's their baby they aren't ever going to see it are they? it's going to be stolen from them and trained up in darkness.
Why couldn't Lucius do it?

This story was not reviewed nearly as much as it should have been. It is fantastically written and very, very original. You are an amazing author - it scares me a little - and I was very impressed by the way you managedto keep everyone - especially Lucius - in character whilst developing a well sturctured, beautifully written story. I do not know why no-one is reading this story, they obviously haven't found it! This deserves a lot of appreciationit even made me cry. Well done, it was amazing.

This was a very good, well structured and well thought out story. You made all of the characters interesting without skewing them totally.

This was absolutely smashing. An original and poignant story that was vivid and engaging. Cassandra was a doll and I will undoubtedly dream of pink castles and SEVVIE! tonight. It was very interesting to see the story from Draco's perspective and I thought you did a great job capturing his fears and feelings. Well done!

It is the year 2005. I having just stumbled on your wonderfully well writen story am in awe. I can remember a time when while reading a story I cried and laughed so hard. The last time was on another wed site. I won't say names but it was a Snape and Hermione tale. I don't normal review but your story was a very charming and endearing. Too of the best parts were Draco and Ginny find Cassie unhurt and at Hogwarts and Lord Vol......'smind blowing Cassie intergation. I LOVE IT!!!!!! Just had to let you know people still love your work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i absoluetly LOVE your story so far, i've been reading it all night, but alas my eyes are burning and i'll have to continue tomorrow. but so far it is brilliant, the only disconcerning part was the five years later, i understand that it was a cruicial time shift in the story, i just wonder what the story would or could have been without that fastforward. However I do LOVE your story and promise to keep reading it to the very finish. Congrats. I have read LOTS of draco/ginny stories, and this one is brilliant! slykat

Author's Response: Hi, thanks for your review. I understand about the time shift. It was a difficult decision to make. But I thought of having a child as a meaningful, life changing experience for Draco and I wanted him to be able to interact with the child in just as meaningful way. In the end, I decided on the time gap in order to avoid the magic baby that talks in full sentences. Thanks for reading, and your feedback. I didn't expect any at all since this was written so long ago! -SWMF
